J'ai très apprécié mon expérience au Jack Astor Laval. La nourriture était excellente, l'ambiance génial & nous avons eu un service super grâce à Caro qui nous a servi. Excellente recommendation, à l'écoute de nos besoin, service rapide, elle avait du plaisir avec nous, bref, elle était super! Je recommande le restaurant !!

Had a terrific time at Jack Astor's. We were a large group for a corporate supper & we received excellent service. Special thanks to Alexandra & Charlotte who took such good care of the group & who were patient & attentive. Merci infiniment!
It's a Jack Astors so if you've been in one you've been in all. Had the Jack's Ceasars it was excellent. Partner had a Moscow Mule it was sub par. Don't know what Ginger beer they use but did not taste like ginger beer to her. Had the guacamole & chips it was excellent. Service & atmosphere is great. TV picture quality is real good with screens everywhere. Perfect spot to watch your favorite team
Jack Astor's in Laval is a great place to hang out with an amazing atmosphere. I visited recently & ordered food, but there was a slight delay with one of my dishes. The staff were very professional & removed that item from our bill without hesitation. The food was excellent, & everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The staff are friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to coming back again.
I went to Jack Astor's to celebrate with coworkers. The ambiance is really a bar ambiance with all the tvs on sports channels & loud music. We were seated at a tall table since we were over 20 people. I'm a short person. When I sat down, the table reached to my chest. It's not the most comfortable way to eat, but besides that, daiquiri & the chicken tacos were good.

J'ai passé une excellente soirée au Jack Astor! Le burger était délicieux, l'assiette copieuse & l'ambiance au top. Mais l'expérience n'aurait pas été aussi agréable sans la présence de notre serveur (Xavier?) qui a su être patient & serviable tout au long du repas. Son beau sourire a égayé notre soirée! Nous avons passé un très bon moment en sa compagnie, & nous reviendrons dans ce restaurant avec grand plaisir.
The staff & service was great & food was okay - but food is okay for the whole franchise. I've been to another Jack Astor & the food is just mid all across. Felt flat, taste wise, & chicken was stringy. The fries are good at least.

Ce qui m'a vraiment impressionné, c'est sa connaissance approfondie du menu. Il était en mesure de répondre à toutes mes questions sur les plats & de me recommander des options qui correspondaient parfaitement à mes préférences. Pendant tout mon repas, Chris était régulièrement présent pour s'assurer que j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Il était très attentionné & anticipait mes besoins avant même que je ne les exprime. Son attention aux détails & sa volonté de faire de son mieux pour satisfaire les clients sont vraiment remarquables. En plus du service exceptionnel, la nourriture au Jack Astor's était délicieuse. I got Robbed last Friday the 15th of September there & no one even got back to me about the cameras in the place .I caught the robbers on Cam at Canadian Tire

The food has always been amazing, burgers cooked to perfection. Everything seasoned well. The waiters are friendly & add to the dining experience. The drinks are amazing. I always choose Jack Astors when i want good food. Definately my top 5 to dine out.
