If you're looking for a festive (they had Christmas lights lit) environment,to have quick draft or pint...then this place is for you 😁. I was there to have supper with friends. They chose this place, I personally prefer a more upscale establishment. If you like burgers & fries.. nachos.. chicken wings,then you'll love this place. Our serving girl was young & polite, but failed bring napkins or cutlery before our entree arrived.😞 .lastly they didn't have Modelo or Heineken, which I feel, for a pub/restaurant is a major fail.
I was disappointed with my recent visit. The salad I was served was not fresh, parts of it were already turning brown. On top of that, the plate it was served in did not appear clean; it had greasy marks with visible residue & marks. This raised concerns for me about overall cleanliness & food quality. I hope more attention is given to both freshness & proper dishwashing.
On a positive note, the servers were very professional, kind, & attentive to specific requests. Because of their service, I'm giving 3 stars. However, the issues with cleanliness & food freshness need serious attention from management.

A little disappointed this time. All three people I was with said they wouldn't order their meal again.
Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing stands out either & when you're paying $20-30/meal I want something that stands out a bit. Older menu was better than the current one.

We were not supposed to go to jack astor's, but we ended up making the right choice! Thaïla was our server & she was very welcoming & sociable! She suggested the smoky bbq burger & it was amazing, great service overall
