We went to the restaurant for family lunch to celebrate our son birthday, atmosphere was great with the music, it is a nice place for families, our waiter Quin was awesome, he took care of us all the time, he recommended the best drinks, helped a lot with some special requirements for our main dishes & food selection overall. Garlic bread is so good. We will be back for sure!
I go at least once a year, it's my favorite restaurant. Also kids love the booths & drawing on the table. I recommend going in person instead of delivery

We were served by a wonderful waitress named Cyan, who was very professional, efficient, & always smiling. The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning, especially for families. The food was delicious, & I loved the unique concept of having a tablecloth on the table where everyone can draw & write,it's such a fun & creative idea! I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service (Sofie) right from the beginning. She asked if we wanted glasses of water even though we ordered drinks, & when we decided to order one more beer to split, she kindly gave us two glasses & filled them partially. Great customer service, a great atmosphere, & fantastic DJ music. I would recommend this place.

Amanda provided the best service while I was there. She knew the menu very well, recommended the New York steak. As a food blogger that goes to different restaurants, I would really give great honest feedback about the service there! Top notch!!!
We had fish tacos & the mushroom truffle burger. Both were delicious & I wouldn't hesitate ordering either again.
On the flip side, I don't recommend the poutine here. Something off about the sauce & the type of fries. The normal fries or sweet potato fries by themselves were way better.
What a delight. Abi would not stop making us laugh & feel very welcomed. She has a great smile, & recommended the best food & drinks for us to enjoy :)

We came for a 50th wedding anniversary & Peggy was our server. She did a phenomenal job taking care of our group. The food was delicious & I recommend trying their smashed loaded potatoes as a side, so good & unlike anything I've ever had while eating out! Also if you've never had their garlic pan bread, do yourself a favour & order some, it will change your life!
We just had an amazing night at Jack Astor's. We have been coming here for over 10 years & the experience has only gotten better. We had the beef nachos, chicken tacos, honey garlic chicken wings, & the garlic pan bread. Everything was cooked to perfection. Wings were saucy & crispy, nachos were cheesy & crunchy. The garlic bread was absolutely delicious as always. We were told the kitchen is under new management & if the food we had tonight was any indication it's going in the right direction. They have decorated for Christmas & the ambiance is wonderful & festive. Our server (shout out to Julia) was absolutely fantastic, very attentive & helpful. Highly recommend if your looking for a fun night out. & the fishbowl cocktails are delicious ❤️
