The server, Maria, came only to see us after we had been sitting for 20 minutes, it took 15 minutes for us to get our drinks after ordering them. The food took even longer. We didn't get water until we asked for them. All of our food was dry & over cooked. After getting our food I asked the runner for mayo, she rolls her eyes at me, sighs & walks away. When I ordered an other drink, it took her 20 minutes to get it after having reminded her twice she says'sorry I forgot'. Long story short not a great experience there. Keep in mind this is a Monday night with maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant.
Food was amazing aside from some minor complaints. We had Pad Thai, the buffalo blue crispy chicken sandwhich, & the smoke n BBQ sandwich. Nachos were good but way too salty. Smoke n BBQ sandwich tasted uniformly the same, like sauce & beef. Alright but would have preferred a slightly less melted palette. The shark attach soda drink was deliciously cute!
Amazing restaurant! Great prices, generous portions, & truly delicious food. I had The eggnog Christmas drink, the coconut chicken curry now & a Christmas caramel dessert. The décor is impeccable. Ante was exceptionally attentive, & the manager was just as welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks a lot!
Nicky is the best! Food & service as always was amazing. Can't wait for our next time back! P.S they put up their Christmas decor & the vibes & Christmas drinks were rocking!!!

I am never disappointed whenever I come to jacks. Hands down my favourite go to restaurant ✨ not only is the food phenomenal but our Bartender Maria is the absolute cutest. We love her so much, best energy, drinks are flowing & always have the best recommendations.
Great service from Maria! What a gem we've been coming here for months for a late pre work lunch. Very efficient & quick with the drinks!
Excellent customer service (Sofie) right from the beginning. She asked if we wanted glasses of water even though we ordered drinks, & when we decided to order one more beer to split, she kindly gave us two glasses & filled them partially. Great customer service, a great atmosphere, & fantastic DJ music. I would recommend this place.

Decorated beautifully for the holidays. Julia was our beautiful server who suggested great drinks & food options for my family & I (I have MANY dietary restrictions). There was a little confusion in my husband's order but they fixed the issue quickly & were super nice about it! Such a great experience! Definitely, will be returning.
Need to get yourself a waiter, Ante's got you. Good service, good food, great fishbowl drinks. The only down was that if you are a walking stomach like me, the burgers were a tiny bit smaller than expected, but filling & really good nonetheless. All & all, real good stuff. & once again, i insist, Ante served our table very well.
My husband & I go to Jack's on a regular basis & we are always satisfied with the food, drinks & the amazing friendly service we get from the staff. Friendly vibe & good food. We like the bar section for coziness & the comfortable seats in the booth section. Chicken burgers, burgers, lobster dips are our go to. Special thank you for Mandy for her great smile & for attending us so well.
The drinks are fun & large choice ! The losbter dip was very good but the boodha plate was litterally just à salad with not much taste . The service was fast & good tho
The only great thing about Jack's is the fishbowls, & overall drink menu. Food is good, but portion sizes you get for the price doesn't seem justified. Still a decent classic to go to when in need of a drink & to be able to talk at normal volume.
I had fish tacos & they were DELICIOUS, had some drinks, the table mat is paper & they give you crayons to draw lol its was my first time & I'll definitely be back great service too
