We had a fantastic experience at Jack Astor's! From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. The food was excellent-fresh, delicious, & served exactly as ordered. Every dish was flavorful, & everything came out hot & in a timely manner.
A special shout-out to **Enrico**, who made our visit even better. He was personable, professional, & went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to come across service that makes you feel so well looked after, & Enrico absolutely did that.
Great food, outstanding service, & a wonderful overall experience. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Music was a little loud but Quin was EXCELLENT! We had a girl with a severe nut allergy & he was very attentive & made sure meals were safe.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this visit deserved one.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, & the service really stood out. Asha was welcoming, attentive, & made both my daughter & me feel comfortable from the moment we sat down. She was friendly, professional, & helped make the whole experience enjoyable.
We'll definitely be coming back, & we'll be happy to sit in Asha's section again. Thanks for a great evening!
We were hungry after the drive down from Quebec City, & found this place near our hotel. It's a Canadian chain, apparently.
We were greeted quickly by a friendly hostess, Faith, & escorted to our table promptly. Our wonderful server, Thaïla , stopped by soon thereafter & was kind & attentive. Our drinks & food arrived without unnecessary delay.
The calamari appetizer was light & tender. Our son had the bacon cheeseburger, which was solid as were his fries. My wife & I split the Thai Chicken Curry bowl, & it turned out to be an excellent choice! Slightly spicy, but not too much so.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The salad I was served was not fresh, parts of it were already turning brown. On top of that, the plate it was served in did not appear clean; it had greasy marks with visible residue & marks. This raised concerns for me about overall cleanliness & food quality. I hope more attention is given to both freshness & proper dishwashing.
On a positive note, the servers were very professional, kind, & attentive to specific requests. Because of their service, I'm giving 3 stars. However, the issues with cleanliness & food freshness need serious attention from management.
