It's a very busy location but service is very fast. I ordered the affogato & it was delicious. The espresso has a very smooth, soft flavour. Paired well with pistachio ice cream. Tiramisu is also very good! My friend ordered an almond croissant. Crispy layers with custard cream inside (I think it's custard?) love it! Reasonable price at a DT cafe shop too!
Came here with my wife for breakfast & then we returned later that day after dinner. The vibe is very cozy & the service is very friendly. For breakfast, we ordered the prosciutto & mortadella sandwiches. The prosciutto sandwich was my first Italian sandwich & it truly blew my mind. Their cappuccinos were also good. My wife tried the cafe crema & she absolutely loved it. For our later night dessert, we ordered the hazelnut & pistachio gelato, & it was the best gelato we tasted in to this day. We tried other gelato in Montreal, but this was hands down the best. The line can be very long here in the morning & also late at night.
This is considered most hyped cafe in Montreal but indeed we feel it's worth to try! We're impressed with the taste of their coffee & pastry. We ordered the caffe latte & hot chocolate plus the cornetti & bomboloni cakes & it's really well made! The environment & atmosphere is nice & friendly & not very crowded in early morning (they open 6am which is very early to tourist) so mostly is local people here take breakfast in the morning. Only one employee is making everything but it's efficient & running smoothly. It's located in old port & near the Notre-Dame as well
Oh my! The enjoyment we got from visiting this café is hard to describe. It was on my wishlist, & I expected a great experience, but I had no idea the coffee would be this good. We ordered the latte freddo & pistachio affogato, & tiramisu-all of which were absolutely delicious. The latte freddo had a perfect balance of bitterness & sweetness, & the affogato was a delightful mix of espresso & gelato.

Best coffee in the area. The donuts are amazing. The heavenly biscotti is so good. The cafe crema was so refreshing on a hot afternoon. Our hotel gave us breakfast but we told them to stop & went to Olimpico every morning instead! Long line but worth the wait.
Experience of an old cafe with delicious food & delightful service. Great idea to start the downtown sightseeing with a breakfast at this amazing cafe😇 Food: Loved the late, the pestatio croissant, & especially the sandwich Space: a bit small for that amount of customers but you can wait to get a sit fast enough! It was worth the wait:)
If you are a coffee lover like I am, get the cortado if it's cold out there, if not, get the Café Freddo with an extra shot of espresso. It's out of this world. The guy attending is also amazing.
Le Café Olympico est vraiment exceptionnel, offrant une qualité remarquable. L'atmosphère est agréable & le service est impeccable. Mon mari & moi sommes des clients fidèles depuis plusieurs années & nous apprécions particulièrement les services de Julien & Sean. Nous venons d'Iran. Julien & Sean montrent toujours un excellent comportement envers les clients.
Toujours la perfection ! Chaque fois que je viens à Montréal je m'organise pour faire un petit détour ici! Le café est impeccable & Coup de coeur pour les sandwiches & les pâtisseries!
Vaut le détour. Un peu cher ceci dit mais au vue de ce qui nous est servi & de l'emplacement on pardonne facilement. Serveur qui parle parfaitement anglais & français. Ambiance invitante & desserts gourmand. Le "remix" qui est le café le plus connu sur la carte est cependant un peu petit (triste) mais au niveau du café vous serez ravi.
