A heads-up that when busy, this location is not the type of coffee shop where you would sit down & hangout at (they sometimes even discourage it), so not much for atmosphere there. This doesn't bother me though since that's just how they marketed their shop (as a quick stop). They don't even sell hot dishes, mostly just small'grab & go' pastries.
The main reason why I gave it a lower score is because the coffee, although good, felt overpriced (a small latte was $4).
I must say this place is totally worth the hype. I ordered cafe mochaito & cappuccino & both were great. I also ordered a cookie it was yumm too. Tirumisu was average.
Service is really quick. There is seating inside & outside as well.
Definitely coming back!
We had a very enjoyable meal here. The service was friendly & efficient, ordering was easy to figure out, & the food was fresh & flavorful. The atmosphere also made the experience better overall. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
wobbly table, no power outlet, broken wifi & inattentive staff!
Best combination for work :)
u wanna grab a bite or a drink, go for it, but avoid it if you need a place to sit & get some work done
I love this place! It is one of the best coffee chains in Montreal in this location is one of the top five. I come here after my jogging session & enjoy your nice cup of coffee with some snacks. The people are great & I love sitting here with my laptop to work or just chat or just read a book.
I lived a few blocks from the original location back in the 90s. Almost all my weekends started off with a Saint-Viateur bagel & a coffee from Open da Night. Then I moved away & decades passed. I was back at the Westmount location today after many years since my last visit. I was really happy to find the coffee is still the same & as great as ever! As I told the barista, the Olimpico latte is as good as the best coffees in Europe!
I used to come here late at night close to closing time & chat up with the baristas. They were really good to talk too & friendly. The location is pretty quiet & it's a really good place to have a seat & stay awhile; especially if you like to draw or read.
I found this place because a game store moved close by & after wandering for a bit one night I found this place. I ended frequenting this place regularly, to the point where alot of the baristas knew my name & face; & they would know my usual order of a mocha as well.
The coffee have a very nice taste! :D the service was friendly & quickly :)
Is a good place for a good talk 😊
I've been to a lot of different locations for this franchise & this one is one of the best because of the decor & the location. The vibe in Westmount is so nice & the plans & the decor at this place make the experience of drinking coffee so much better.
Tried this coffee shop & there aren't many authentic Italian coffee spots around Toronto.
I loved the mocha & their pistachio bomboloni; both were rich, full of flavour, & made with real pistachio filling.
Great, Cozy Coffee spot with a neighborhood vibe to stop in for an espresso or affogato or something sweet!
Try coffee & the Heavenly cookies. Stay away from tiramisus, it's nice dessert but far to be tasted a real tiramisu. At the end, it's a great coffee place.
Pretty cool cafe. The name is famous in Montreal. This location is pretty cool. It was too busy & crowded but the coffee & food was good so I can't complain.
A little busy but goddamn it if this place doesn't have the best cannolis & affogatos outside of Italy
