You can't beat the cuisine from
Veal liver in a raspberry sauce to the lamb shank , Everything is delicious. Calamari with a unique coulis . Filet de Doré . Or the duck all well prepared… specialty's like mussels & bouillabaisse available with a 24 hr notice
My spouse & I were on vacation in the area & decided to try this restaurant after reading the reviews. Bottom line, you have to try this place. The owner is extremely passionate about the food that they offer. He explained the entire menu to us & made some recommendations. We selected the dinner for 2. The salad that comes with this meal is unique & very flavorful. With his recommendation we selected the salmon, steak & ground meat. It came with a balsamic rice & vegetables. WOW ….. The owner was spot on!!! Wonderful flavors. & so much food for 2 people. We brought our own wine & beer. What a great dining experience. We will return.
Excellent restaurant servant de la cuisine méditerranéenne. La qualité des plats & la présentation des aliments est digne des très grandes tables. Le choix des épices & des herbes fines dans la préparation des plats est très judicieux & ajoute un goût unique à chaque plat. Le menu est assez varié & propose des aliments de très grande qualité. Le service est excellent . Vous apporterez votre vin ou votre bière.
Le décor & les meubles pourraient être modernisé un peu & le soir où nous sommes allé, il faisait un peu froid dans le restaurant.
Ce restaurant est une très belle découverte pour moi & si je pourrais lui donner 10 étoiles.
Le propriétaire du restaurant & employés sont très gentil accueillant généreux avec leur clients vous fait vivre une expérience unique & mémorable la nourriture ,service ,ambiance tout est excellent & plus encore je vous le recommande fortement pour le tout , un restaurant très chaleureux !!
My husband & I tried the Bistro for the first time & it certainly did not disappoint. Service, Rawad, was excellent. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, & innovative. What a unique menu! Our starters were the snails in goat's & mozarella cheese served with crusty parmesan baquette I had the mezze sausage salad which was divine. Our main courses were veal liver & filet of sole amandine. Both excellent. We are looking forward to returning to try the veal kidneys. Quite a menu including kangaroo, duck, lamb, etc. To top off all the quality food, the Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine. A winning combination! Thank you Bistro St. Sauveur!
What an incredible surprise! My wife & I went to this restaurant with a friend tonight & it was our first time visiting. We were immediately greeted by our waiter who seemed extremely proud of the restaurant & its food. He asked if this was our first visit & when we told him it was, he took some serious time to explain the menu & he promised in no uncertain terms that we were in for a serious food experience. To be honest, I wondered if the food could possibly live up to the descriptions we were getting but I must tell you, every single dish was absolutely outstanding. We started with a Caesar salad & gravlax. When the host says the spices are unique, believe when I say they are not filling around. Absolutely the best Caesar I've ever had. Our main courses were equally delightful! The meat, the pasta, & the vegetables were done perfectly & each dish was creative in its execution. The desserts were equally amazing & we all agreed that this is without any hesitation, the best restaurant experience we've had in Saint Sauveur (& we've had many many great experiences) in as long as we can remember. My only regret is that I did not get to say hello to the chef but my wife did. We will be back very soon & look forward to another amazing experience!
