Formerly known as Place Deschamps, Le Clara has officially opened its doors at Place des Arts. This new French inspired brasserie unveils a redesigned space that feels more refined and intimate, following a major renovation aimed at enhancing both guest experience and operational flow.

The kitchen has been completely revamped, allowing for a refreshed menu created by chef Agathe Salmeron, alongside chef Laure Rougelot and sous-chef Gabriella Mongeau. The menu highlights seasonal and local ingredients, featuring house-made fresh pasta, tartares and beloved signature items such as the black pudding platter and the Grande Dame cocktail.

Designed as a welcoming stop before or after performances, Le Clara continues to rely on its experienced front-of-house and bar team. Owners Lyne Simard and Pierre-Vincent R. Lemieux remain committed to quality cuisine and a strong wine program.

The name Clara is a nod to the performing arts and the iconic holiday traditions that have animated Place des Arts for decades.
