My best friend who is celiac & I love this place so much. Every time we visit we are greeted by the great staff. Today Nora was our waitress & she was really friendly, kind & took her time with us.
La bouffe est incroyable, on commande CHACUN toujours 3 empenadas & le pabellon de pollo, & avec chaque bouchée bien sûr accompagné de la merveilleuse sauce épicée rouge & celle verte.
Ce resto a changé de propriétaires au fils des années, mais la qualité, les prix, & l'expérience est tout aussi enjoyable.
Avec la belle journée, les fenêtres ouvertes, on ce sentait dehors avec les piétons alors qu'on était comfortable à l'intérieur.

Great place if you want to try arepas in Montreal. The owner, Adriana was really welcoming. Staff was helpful in giving recommendations. There was also live music (not sure if it happens often, but the atmosphere was very nice!)View more
Went to Arepera last year, it was very good. Like 8/10
Came here again 2025/6/4, it was way worse. The meat wasn't fresh. The corn bread also became worse. We ordered the cassava fries, only 6 fries were given… that's way too stingy.
The salmon were salty, so I assume they used cured salmon. Just order other fish which will be better than the salmon
Last time we ordered pork & fish & it was very delicious, now we order salmon & beef but it wasn't that good.
The cocktail is a skip. Any combination you made yourself at home will be better & cheaper. You can even buy a whole bottle of wine with that price & get better satisfaction out of it. The cocktail costed $10View more

I left Venezuela 25 years ago,& any time I have a chance I try any venezuelan restaurant I come across,I live in Vancouver Island were its very hard to find any Venezeulan food except for 1 place that it's an hour away from me, I gt say your empanadas are the best I've had since I left Venezuela save a casa! I came to Montreal not knowing I would travel in time to my childhood in Venezuela. Empanadas are just perfect: thin & crunchy, flavourful, delicious stuffing, perfect size, best empanadas in Canada!! Also the guasacaca sauce, omg!!! Not only it is DELICIOUS but it reminded me of my home, my family, when we used to get together on weekends to make'parrilladas' (bbq)! Congratulations guys, you are doing great!!View more
Très bon service. La bouffe est écoeurante! Serveurs très agréables & gentils. Ils ont fait une erreur avec notre commande & ils ont tout réglé rapidement. Breuvages gratuits & 25% d'escompte pour soulager le petit inconvénient.
