Excellent food.
I was hesitant about going to a gluten free restaurant but my sister is celiac. & I am so glad we did!
Everything was great!
I highly recommend the Empanadas.
We also had the pork belly platter & the pork & avocado sandwich. Fed the 3 of nicely (though if another empanada was there I would have gladly taken it down.)

I had a guarapita & my sister had the non alcoholic cane sugar & lime, both were lovely. My nephew had water & they kept on top of filling up the water.

We love these arepas, with a huge variety between meat, fish & vegan (the black beans, plantain & avocado is my favorite!). Naturally gluten-free (made with corn), this is a perfect meal out if you cannot eat gluten. Enjoy!

Delicious gluten-free arepas! The flavors & textures are spot on. My favorite is the black bean, plantain, & avocado; teenager likes all the chicken ones. The green sauce is so good & the red one adds a nice fiery kick. Be sure to try the coconut flan!

Thankful to find a place that offers both gluten free & dairy free options, & that is delicious!

Discovered this place recently & my whole family loves it!
The food is very good. Even my picky child found something she is always looking forward to, she always enjoys the pork & beef empanadas. My son loves the fish empanadas. I had a few different chicken sandwiches, & though they are all very good, the avocado chicken is my favourite.
Coconut flan is heavenly!
The atmosphere is great & the staff are very friendly.
I am a symptomatic celiac & haven't had any reaction. I even was brave this time & tried a gluten free beer, & again, no reaction.
My younger daughter has special needs, & though there is no accessible entrance, we come back anyway, because of how patient & friendly the staff members are, & how tasty the food is.

Listen-I've been burned before by Latino pork & beef that turned out stringy & dry. But here? Their Pabellón & Suerna were so juicy & packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh & top-notch, & they even give you both a tangy avocado sauce & a spicy sauce-absolute perfection.

The arepas themselves? Perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, soft inside, & the ideal vessel for a generous, delicious filling. Definitely coming back next time I'm in the area.

This is a great spot to grab a quick lunch if you can!

The price for an arepa is quite reasonable for the quality. I got the pork & avocado salsa arepa. It was loaded with the meat & avocado, almost spilling out bc of how much there was & it was absolutely delicious.

The staff are friendly & approachable but they will do the bare minimum so if you like to be left alone once the food is dropped off then this is the place. Thankfully they do give you a bottle of water so you're able to refill yourself.

Casual place for brunch. Our server was very friendly. Tried the mixed veggie empanadas as well as the chicken with avocado arepa. The arepa was very tasty & filling. Can with a small side salad. The empanada fillings were flavorful.

Amazing restaurant, my husband & I loved our meals. It is also wonderful that everything is gluten free. I loved the avocado sauce & hot sauce that were provided with the food, delicious!

This charming restaurant has been a Plateau mainstay since 2011, specializing in arepas, empanadas, & all things Venezuelan. 🇻🇪

The brunch is a delightful addition! The dishes were not only gluten-free but also bursting with authentic flavors.

We started with an order of empanadas; each one was perfectly crafted & filled with delicious ingredients, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite.
We followed that with the Plato Criollo, a giant plate of Perico eggs, fresh avocado, fried plantains, stewed beans, arepas, Andean cheese, & chicharrón (pork belly). All of this was not only delicious but extremely filling. We couldn't finish half of it 😅-the portion was very generous.

A big thank you to the team for their warm hospitality during brunch; it was evident that they take pride in their food & service. ☀?
