This was a place I used to enjoy visiting. Unfortunately, during my last visit I went with my autistic child, who only eats certain foods. I made the mistake of not thinking thoroughly about the situation, & I didn't expect that my child eating a small slice of pizza would become such a big issue. They asked us to leave immediately. We could have left without questioning it, but explaining this to my child triggered a major crisis that lasted more than an hour. My issue with this place was the complete lack of empathy for the situation. Only at the very end, when we were finally able to leave, the owner tried to make amends by offering an arepa to go. Good try, but not enough to make up for the overall bad experience.

I've been supporting this business since the De Buillon location, & the quality of the food has always been amazing. I visited on a Thursday night, & despite it being busy, the service was still prompt.
My only concern was that some of the staff seemed short & cold with customers, which made the experience feel less welcoming than it could have been. I hope management can address this, as the food & service have so much potential, & a warmer customer experience would make a big difference.

La nourriture est bonne, sans être renversante non plus. Le service est agréable. Personnellement, je ne suis pas fan du fait de commander sur son cellulaire, mais le processus se fait tout de même assez bien.

Un restaurant offrant des plats du Venezuela délicieux. Le restaurant était presque plein en plein milieu de la semaine. Le
Menu est varié, bon choix de jus, cocktails & des assiettes complètes ou des arepas rembourrées. Ils ont des choses hautes pour les enfants. Je recommande fortement cette place pour la qualité, son ambiance & son service exceptionnel. Un merci particulier à Juan.
