The food just has deeply authentic flavors, the'palitos de yuca' & the passion fruit juice were just perfect, just like home. The dough & the fillings of the arepas, as well as the guasacaca & the pepper sauces were just perfect & earthy.

The service though, left a lot to be desired. We got there about 40 minutes before closing time, which they assured us was ok. Still, we didn't get cutlery or napkins with our order & the closing work obviously took priority over serving us well.

First lunch in Canada. We asked Mikael for recommendations & boy did he deliver! The cheese empanadas were INCREDIBLE! I had the beef arepa & it was DELICIOUS. Service was amazing, Mikael made us feel really welcomed & made sure we wanted to come back. Pure success!

This restaurant is 100% Gluten Free!! We came here because of a friend who needed this consideration, I was not sure what to expect but WOW, the food was amazing! We all had the handheld sandwiches that were delicious & filling, the plantine appetizer with chicken was amazing, the empinadas were good but very small & hard to share. The food pictures speak for themselves!! There was some available seating when we arrived around 7:45pm & we were 4 people & we were seated without a wait but I would suggest a reservation to avoid disappointment! Our water was very helpful, we let him know it was our first time there & he provided his recommendations & all were delicious! The desserts as well very excellent & my favorite was the Carmel Flan- same some room!! So as the location is 100% gluten free, so we're the beers, again a first for me & I would say, not the greatest, no head, the Blonde tasted like apple juice... I would not buy gluten free beers for my self again :)- no fault of the restaurant though, the ladies said their drinks were tasty & we would definitely come back. Cheers & enjoy
