Le service a été très rapide, la serveuse super sympathique. La nourriture était très tendre, mais un peu trop salé & grasse. J'ai pris le repas pour deux & a la fin, tout goûtaient un peu la même chose. Dommage.

I came to Diablos BBQ for the wings deals. I stayed because a woman named Gabrielle saw straight into my soul & decided to fix it with poultry.

She didn't just take our order. She greeted us like long-lost family who owed her money but she'd decided to forgive the debt. Every time my basket ran low, she appeared like a guardian angel with sauce on the menu & a plan for my emotional recovery. I have never felt so seen by someone whose job was technically just'bring the man his wings.'

The wings themselves? Outrageous. The deal? Borderline illegal. I kept waiting for someone to tap me on the shoulder & tell me I'd taken advantage of the establishment.

But it's Gabrielle I'll remember. I arrived a tired husk of a person & left ready to name my firstborn after her. She won't remember me. I will never forget her.

Five stars. Gabrielle, if you're reading this, I hope you know what you did.

Frankly we were surprised this place has a 4.6 rating. The food is pretty average, we had the Dixie platter so we could taste a bit of everything, all of it was okay, there wasn't any item that stood out. It's unfortunate as we had high hopes after having read the reviews. Quality felt cheap especially at the price we're paying. Service was good though.
