Cela fait 19 ans que je connais le restaurant tre colori,j'ai toujours adoré votre pizza.Mais depuis janvier 2026 j'ai remarqué une différence pour votre sauce & votre pâte a pizza .C'est le point qui vous différencie de d'autre pizzeria .Mais après quelques achats je suis déçu encore une fois.Pouvez vous revenir a votre ancienne recette.S.V.P

La nourriture est savoureuse, chaude & ils offrent de très bonnes portions ! Autant en take out qu'en salle à manger, on ressent réellement la passion & l'amour que les chefs mettent dans chaque assiette.
L'ambiance du resto nous transporte directement en Italie tout en conservant ce charme chaleureux & authentique. Dès l'entrée, on sent l'atmosphère familiale & accueillante.
Notre serveuse était attentionnée, souriante & nous a recommandé un excellent vin pour accompagner notre repas.
Pour moi, c'est littéralement le meilleur restaurant italien de la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Ça vaut absolument le détour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aujourd'hui, pour la Saint-Valentin, nous avons réservé à 16h30. L'hôtesse nous a dit que nous avions deux heures pour souper. Cependant, à 17h29, on nous a signalé que les nouveaux clients pour notre table étaient arrivés. Il y avait des tables de libre de chaque côté de nous & même derrière nous. Cela s'appelle mange & va-t'en, pour ne pas dire autre chose. Je comprends que c'est la Saint-Valentin, & qu'il a beaucoup de monde, mais un peu de respect s.v.p. Heureusement, nous n'avons pas pris de bouteille de vin, sinon nous aurions été contraints de la finir & pas eu droit non plus à un refill de café. Fortement déçu.
J'ai modifié ma note parce que les dernières fois que j'ai commandé la pizza Margarita, on m'a servi du fromage qui n'était pas du mozzarella de bufflone, tel qu'indiqué dans le menu. Voir photo. Ça ne goûtait rien & le fromage en cubes n'était même pas fondu. Je crois que le Tre Colori priorise la profitabilité plutôt que la qualité qui a baissé, tandis que les prix ne cessent de monter. Déçu. Première visite à ce bistrot restaurant de Chambly. J'ai été vivement impressionné par l'ambiance décontractée, le service & surtout la qualité de la nourriture. Meilleurs calmars frits que j'ai mangé & la pizza Margherita était vraiment délicieuse, leur sauce tomate est sublime. Le vin rouge maison m'a surpris, il était meilleur que la plupart des vins que j'achète à la SAQ. J'y reviens très bientôt, c'est garanti! Un coup de coeur pour moi. ❤?
Belle expérience. Bon goût, bons choix de vins. Peut être qu'un petit rehaussement de la présentation des mets rendrait l'expérience encore plus wow!

Belle place pour manger de la pizza, un peu cher, sinon le service était très bon. Petit détail, y avait des petites mouches en plein hiver quand il fait -30°c à l'extérieur, peut-être faire quelque chose...
Tre Colori - The Definition of'Fine, I Guess'
If you've ever sat in a restaurant & thought,'I could have probably done this in my pajamas with a microwave & a dream,' then Tre Colori is the spot for you. It's not a disaster, but it's certainly not a destination.
The Bread & Appetizers
We started with the classic'Midsize Italian Restaurant' starter kit: that heavy, frozen loaf that's been nuked until it's hot enough to melt lead but remains entirely tasteless. It's the kind of bread that sits in your stomach like a brick for the rest of the night.
The'Buffalo' Caprese: They claimed it was Buffalo mozzarella. My taste buds-& anyone who has ever been to a Metro grocery store-would disagree. It had all the hallmarks of a Saputo plastic tub special.
The Meatballs: These were'homemade' in the sense that they were made by a human who seemingly has a personal vendetta against spices. Decent size, sure, but they clearly skipped the Parmesan or Romano in the mix. It was just... round meat.
The Calamari: Surprisingly, the highlight of the starters. It wasn't too oily. It didn't change my life, but it didn't ruin my night either.
The Main Event
I went for the Veal Parmesan with Spaghetti Meat Sauce.
The veal was actually quite tender, which was a pleasant shock to the system. However, the spaghetti meat sauce was a bit of a tragic affair-very watery &'meat-adjacent' at best. I spent most of the course hunting for the actual beef in the sauce. It was less of a meal & more of a soup with noodles.
The Verdict
The one true standout was our waitress. She was genuinely very nice & likely the only thing keeping the place afloat.
Will I go back? Probably not. It's the kind of place you go to once, shrug your shoulders, & then forget exists by the time you hit the parking lot.
Très bon restaurant, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la pizza croute mince, un délice! La livraison est très rapide (habituellement à l'intérieur de 30 minutes), les plats sont diversifiés, les pâtes sont aussi la spécialité, n'hésitez pas !

Vraiment décevant, reçu la mauvaise pizza, le menu table d'hôte est décevant, l'entrée etait de très petite taille. Nous étions avec un groupe & le service était très lent même si il y avait presque personne. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. De plus en plus mauvais comme restaurant.
Prix équitable, portion très généreuse, nourriture excellente. Le spaghetti boulette que j'ai pris m'a plus énormément ainsi que les cannolos qui étaient tout simplement exquis. Je reviendrais!

Tasteless oily food.....We were a small group, while the restaurant was not busy, the only waitress was unatentive very busy doing something else. Ordered calamar, got very oily & elastic.... yakiii. Then the main dish haddock/sole fish came very oily, no taste, with the accompanying pasta/pesto, again very very oily tasteless....following we had infernal indigestion, quite pricy $$$$ for the terrible food. This restaurant has to get rid of the chef ASAP....pity the restaurant setting is gorgeous....for an italian restaurant it should enhance this pricy tastless food !!!!!
