Cela fait 19 ans que je connais le restaurant tre colori,j'ai toujours adoré votre pizza.Mais depuis janvier 2026 j'ai remarqué une différence pour votre sauce & votre pâte a pizza .C'est le point qui vous différencie de d'autre pizzeria .Mais après quelques achats je suis déçu encore une fois.Pouvez vous revenir a votre ancienne recette.S.V.P
J'ai modifié ma note parce que les dernières fois que j'ai commandé la pizza Margarita, on m'a servi du fromage qui n'était pas du mozzarella de bufflone, tel qu'indiqué dans le menu. Voir photo. Ça ne goûtait rien & le fromage en cubes n'était même pas fondu. Je crois que le Tre Colori priorise la profitabilité plutôt que la qualité qui a baissé, tandis que les prix ne cessent de monter. Déçu. Première visite à ce bistrot restaurant de Chambly. J'ai été vivement impressionné par l'ambiance décontractée, le service & surtout la qualité de la nourriture. Meilleurs calmars frits que j'ai mangé & la pizza Margherita était vraiment délicieuse, leur sauce tomate est sublime. Le vin rouge maison m'a surpris, il était meilleur que la plupart des vins que j'achète à la SAQ. J'y reviens très bientôt, c'est garanti! Un coup de coeur pour moi. ❤?

Tre Colori - The Definition of'Fine, I Guess'
If you've ever sat in a restaurant & thought,'I could have probably done this in my pajamas with a microwave & a dream,' then Tre Colori is the spot for you. It's not a disaster, but it's certainly not a destination.
The Bread & Appetizers
We started with the classic'Midsize Italian Restaurant' starter kit: that heavy, frozen loaf that's been nuked until it's hot enough to melt lead but remains entirely tasteless. It's the kind of bread that sits in your stomach like a brick for the rest of the night.
The'Buffalo' Caprese: They claimed it was Buffalo mozzarella. My taste buds-& anyone who has ever been to a Metro grocery store-would disagree. It had all the hallmarks of a Saputo plastic tub special.
The Meatballs: These were'homemade' in the sense that they were made by a human who seemingly has a personal vendetta against spices. Decent size, sure, but they clearly skipped the Parmesan or Romano in the mix. It was just... round meat.
The Calamari: Surprisingly, the highlight of the starters. It wasn't too oily. It didn't change my life, but it didn't ruin my night either.
The Main Event
I went for the Veal Parmesan with Spaghetti Meat Sauce.
The veal was actually quite tender, which was a pleasant shock to the system. However, the spaghetti meat sauce was a bit of a tragic affair-very watery &'meat-adjacent' at best. I spent most of the course hunting for the actual beef in the sauce. It was less of a meal & more of a soup with noodles.
The Verdict
The one true standout was our waitress. She was genuinely very nice & likely the only thing keeping the place afloat.
Will I go back? Probably not. It's the kind of place you go to once, shrug your shoulders, & then forget exists by the time you hit the parking lot.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant. L'ambiance est agréable, le service attentionné & les plats sont savoureux & servis bien chauds. Nous étions accompagnés d'un couple d'amis &, bien que nous ayons tous choisi des plats différents, chacun a été pleinement satisfait de son repas.
Liste des plats commandés: tortellini sauce rosé, Tortellini sauce viande, Pizza toute garni & table d'hôte: salade, poisson & dessert.
Nous avons tous été servi au même moment ce qui fut apprécié.
Un léger bémol toutefois : les tables sont plutôt petites &, une fois les breuvages & les plats servis, l'espace devient un peu restreint.
Love this place. Dishes are tasty, antipasti were delicious & imported from Calabria. Amazing selection of cheeses & cured meats in particular... Lasagna had a really fresh, tasty tomato sauce with loads of fresh basil. Passionate family, 5 stars for me.
I was very disappointed in this place that was recommended to me . My pasta was soooo spicy I couldn't eat it so i ask for sauce to brake the spices & they wanted to charge me a extra 5$ for sauce ..I end up not eating it & got charged for it. ..This restaurant isn't authentic Italian its just wasn't my standard for the price paid for ..nice ambiance tho
Je suis allée dîner un dimanche après midi avec 2 amis, pas de réservation. Pour le stationnement pas trop d'espace ! Belle ambiance, par contre très dispendieux. La serveuse nous a donné un bon service.Moi mes pâte tortellini fraîche pour la sauce dite déglacer pas très sauce, & manque t'épices!
Un ami à pris la joue de boeuf, frites, sauce & legumes rôti. CA CELA AVEZ DU GOÛT !Autre amis à pris le pâte sauce Alfredo.
Mon entrée était antispasmodique, mon assiette impressionnante! Déserts italian cannoli ricotta & crème. MOI JE PRÉFÈRE JUSTE RICOTTA!

Service faible & nourriture catastrophique. Spaghettis avec presque aucune sauce. Pizza couche mince molle avec peu d'ingrédients. Refusant la pizza & ne commandant rien d'autre le patron nous facture la pizza comme même. Nous avons refusé de payez cette pizza infecte & il a finalement chargé que le spaghettis a peine touché. Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant qui est une insulte à la cuisine italienne.
We came from Montreal for a nice ride & food destination & found this awesome Italian resto right on the main. We were able to charge our e-bikes & had awesome service from Marie-Eve! The pitcher of Sangria was perfect on a hot sunny day. The pasta was amazing & sauces above average. We shall return!
Nous étions assises à l'extérieur près de la fontaine. Très belle place mais.. la serveuse semblait contrarié & pas trop présente. Puis, deux familles sont arrivés pour célébrer & on ne s'entend a plus parlé!!
Pour le repas, j'ai aimé mon entrée mais déçue des pâtes sauce rosée...
Possible que c'était une mauvaise journée pour eux. Je ne sais pas. Mais c'est ce qui m'est arrivée.

commande pour apportez j ai commande (ecrit sut le menue en ligne) sole vin blanc sauce a la creme aux champignons (la serveuse m a di qu il n y avait pas de vin dans ce plat) j ai recu du veau sauce aux champignon le gerant m a dit de mange ce que j avais dans mon assiette!!!!! il a finalement change mon assiette je ne retournerais plus jamais a ce resto
