Overall, it was a good dinner, we were a group of five celebrating two birthdays. The food, service, & atmosphere were generally solid.
The only real issue was when our main dishes were served: 4 out of 5 of us received our meals, but the last person had to wait an extra 10 minutes due to a'system glitch.' While I understand that mistakes happen, & an apology was offered, there was no other gesture or effort to make up for the delay. Watching everyone else eat while you wait for your main dish especially during a birthday celebration just felt disappointing.
All in all, the night was fine, but I personally wouldn't go back. It didn't seem like the staff was too concerned that one guest was left waiting while the rest were already eating.
First time traveling to Canada for work, & this was highly recommended by other traveling co-workers, & locals at the jobsite. Food was stellar, & the service was great! The Keg has a very beautiful interior & atmosphere. I ordered the Mushroom Neptune for my appetizer. The Mushroom Neptune was Mushroom caps stuffed with cream cheese & crab, they are small Mushroom caps, so one appetizer is good for one person. I also ordered the New York Striploin, which was cooked to perfection. I will definitely visit here next time I travel to Montreal!

Très belle soirée au Keg en cette journée de la Fête des mères. Malgré une très longue journée pour le staff on n'as été reçu comme des Rois ... Très belle attention du gérant Mathieu qui s'est assuré que notre expérience au Keg sois des plus agréable...

First of all the Servis was absolutely perfect!!!
Mm Mond ( mont?) Was such a great professional waitress. So kind & so respectful person. My congrats to the manager!.
I visit the restaurant 1 or 2 times every month. I never had problem until now.
I order a rib steak well done. NOT BURNING ONE.
Unfortunately the steak was totally burning
All.the steak was Black. The taste was bitter. I try to scratch it in case I can eat a little. OK the rib steak it was a TOTAL DISSASTER. It is so pity. It is a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere & great staff but this plate destroyed everything...
The point is:
When a customer ask for well done is just we don't want to be burned . We don't want to see or eat blood in our plate. It is so simple.
I manager was also kind & sent us an ice-cream . Actually I should not pay the rib. I paid everything & only 32$ for tip. The bill was 265$.

My wife & I had a reservation for 2 at 18h30. We were finished our day a little early & decided to arrive early & they were able to find a table at the bar within 20 mins on a Saturday evening so I am impressed with the reception staff whom were very busy but well organized. Hats off.
The food, as always is stellar. My wife & I had the Top sirloin with mashed potatoes. It was grilled to perfection & tasted amazing.
It is our go to restaurant when we are in the north Shore.
Great staff & friendly. Nick, our waiter, was on top of things & attentive.
Thanks to the team for yet, another, fantastic experience.
J'y suis aller il y a un ans & c'était exceptionnel, très bon service, ambiance parfaite & nourriture délicieuse. J'ai réservé aujourd'hui pour y retourner sur leur site, pour 14h, mais en arrivant c'était fermé ? Les horaires ont changé sur la porte mais pas sur leur site ni ici sur google... je suis très déçue vraiment
Wonderful experience at a group dinner with colleagues. We enjoyed cocktails, apps(especially the mushroom gruyere dip. The filet was cooked perfectly.
