This is my third time visiting here. Each time I ordered a steak. Each time I have ordered medium rare & specifically asked the server about how they cooked medium rare. Each time the steak has come out overcooked. The service is fantastic however for a steakhouse they should be able to do a better job of getting a properly prepared steak.
I have never had a steak or piece of meat that i would grade less than an 8. Loved the service & atmosphere of modern day steakhouse. I buttered up that hot bread & ate more than i should have. Ordered their prime rib with a side of vegetables. A glorious way to down a couple of thousand calories.
Très bon restaurants steak house, nous sommes allés entre amis, la nourriture était excellente, belle ambiance, très bon service. Les salles de bains étaient propres, belle terrasse couverte & chauffée, la fin de semaine il y a un petit soucie avec le stationnement, prenez vous en avance si vous avez une réservation.
Très beau restau. Les frites sont style surgelées Cavendish/les légumes grillés simplement rôtis au four sans originalité , mais bon, on vient pour le steak & pour ca c'est ok!
Lorsqu'on nous remet le terminal & qu'ils ont configuré un choix de pourboire de minimum 18%(très bien), 20%(excellent) ou du montant désiré. Pourtant au Québec la loi est changée depuis un bout: ils sont supposés enlever les phrases avec des adjectifs qui influençent notre choix. On a dû pitonner'retour' pour finalement pouvoir inscrire le montant désiré. Faites attention!
Very disappoint …love the Keg..We received 1soft drink not 2 we ordered, no ice flat, water no ice & it was warm…had to ask for 2nd soft drink…We ordered steak, lobster & shrimp…our meal came first, the butter came later, we thought he forgot…then the butter was plain in candle lit dish…apparently is doesn't come with garlic butter anymore…what???…I have never seen or heard shrimp or, specially lobster served with no garlic butter..the Keg in old Montreal served it with garlic butter…cheaper restaurants serve garlic butter… thats like serving a hot dog without the bun…& this is an expensive restaurant..so, yes, they should have garlic butter served with the lobster. Then our server kept forgetting us. We had to wave for his attention…not because there was many tables…he was talking with one table for over 20mins…I had to ask another server who was shutting down a section to help us…
Very, very disappointing …we are good tippers our bill was over 200$...But our tip reflected the service!!!!
J'étais impressionné par le service de ce beau restaurant.
Le service est hors pair, nous étions 4 personnes, ma fille a commandé un steak médium saignant, mais il était un peu plus cuit, elle a fait la remarque au serveur qui n'a pas arrêté de s'excuser, puis, le gérant est arrivé pour s'excuser en personne, & en fin de compte, notre belle surprise, c'est que le montant du steak ne figurait pas sur la facture, nous avons bien compris que c'est un bon geste pour s'excuser pour de vrai. Merci encore une fois & nous recommandons fortement ce très beau restaurant.

Notre serveur jonathan ( il a un percing a la lèvre au cas ou il y a 2 jonathan )à été irréprochable, son service était un 11/10. Merci d'avoir rendu notre soirée très agréable!
Le Keg offre les meilleurs steak possible avec possibilité de demander la cuisson désirée. Le restaurant est chaleureux & on y mange très bien pour le rapport qualité/prix. Surtout en été je recommande la terrasse au 2e etage & le menu special pour la fête du homard ! Merci aux gérants & aux employés qui font un travail extraordianire afin de satisfaire leurs clients !

Expérience géniale. Endroit super. Décor super. Bonne ambiance. J'ai adoré leurs entrées ainsi que leurs plats principaux. Il faut faire l'expérience avec The Keg.
Excellente occasion pour un anniversaire mémorable. Place incontournable pour une belle pièce de boeuf avec un bon vin. Service impeccable & courtois. Je le recommande fortement

Juste wow! Une expérience incroyable avec un service en or.
Nous sommes allés ce soir en famille (5 personnes) & ma conjointe est allergique aux fruits de mer. L'équipe a pris son allergie très au sérieux & a fait preuve d'une incroyable amabilité en lui offrant son assiette ainsi qu'en nous offrant une assiette dessert pour l'attente qu'il y a eu pour tous les efforts déployés pour éviter toute contamination & réaction allergique.
Nous avons été sincèrement impressionnés par la qualité du service & remercions chaleureusement cette belle équipe!
Nous recommandons ce resto-bar à 100 % 😃
Favorote steakhouse to visit when in Canada. My wife & I have been to quite a few Toronto locations, & it's always been great! At first glance, the restaurant looks nice. Once at our table, we noticed the lighting was very low. To the point we could barely read the menus. b
But I guess they do it for the ambiance. The table was so small we it barely held the menus. But, we tried to enjoy the night anyway. Initially, we no one was sitting beside us, so it was ok. But, they ended up sitting another couple beside us, & that was where the issues came in. We were so close to each other that I could hear the guy breathing! You would think we came in together. Made me very uncomfortable. The service was ok, but the waitress didn't explain menu options well. So, we ended up double ordering. & what we thought was included in one meal wasn't. But, it was the table size & location that was horrible. The food was good, though.
