Esperienza decisamente positiva. La carne è di ottima qualità, ben selezionata e cotta esattamente come richiesto. La bistecca era tenera, succosa e saporita, con una grigliatura perfetta che ne esaltava il gusto senza coprirlo. Buona anche la scelta dei contorni, semplici ma curati. Il servizio è stato professionale e cordiale, con personale attento e disponibile a consigliare sia la carne che il grado di cottura. L'ambiente è accogliente ed elegante al punto giusto, ideale sia per una cena tranquilla che per un'occasione speciale.
Visited The Keg in Laval & was shocked by how poor the food & service were.
• The chicken was overcooked, dry, & barely edible.
• The salad wasn't fresh - wilted, tasteless, & looked like it sat out too long.
• The restaurant was almost empty, yet service was slow & inattentive.
• Overall value & quality felt closer to McDonald's levels, not a steakhouse.
For the prices they charge, this was unacceptable. Definitely not coming back until major improvements are made.

we love meat but we don't love raw meat.
the server could have told us the cote de boeuf was a raw piece of meat! Marinated & grilled they said… there was nothing grilled about our cuts unless they grill a giant piece & then cut it.
We came here to celebrate a special day & enjoy grilled meat we ended up really disappointed… also, there was no flavour an all so I don't get the'marinated' thing.
I'm really upset with The Keg. I go there all the time, & I decided to go for my birthday thinking it would be enjoyable like always. Instead, the staff was very unpleasant, & they made no effort to accommodate anything I asked. My interaction with Marguelaine honestly ruined the experience. It's really not fun to give my money to a place that treats returning customers this way. I expected better.

Excellent resto! Le bifteck de côte était succulent,tout comme la salade césar & le tartare de boeuf. La serveuse Michèle était efficace, avenante & professionnelle. Super service! Bref, nourriture, service & ambiance A1.
Samedi le 1 novembre nôtres première visite au Keg , le serveur Patrick un vrai sans fautes , gentil ,poli , bienveillant ,professionnel , il est vraiment à ça place , Côtes de boeuf super cuisson goût le riz aux champignons très bon , les Bouts de côtes très bonnes & tendres pomme de terre Monte-Carlo super , les fèves vertes délicieuses , le serveur nous a offert un dessert tellement bon je ferais des kilomètres pour ça un gâteau glacé , merci beaucoup Patrick de nous avoir reçu Le Keg merci aussi
Depuis que je suis toute petite, je me souviens que mes parents allaient très rarement au restaurant. Pas parce qu'ils n'en avaient pas les moyens, mais simplement parce qu'ils étaient souvent déçus, ils préféraient toujours un bon repas maison.
& pourtant… ce soir-là, tout a changé. À 32 ans, c'est la première fois que j'ai vu mon père savourer un steak avec autant de plaisir. Il a tout mangé, jusqu'au dernier morceau, le sourire aux lèvres, en répétant sans arrêt : « C'est ÉCOEURANT! » 😄
Un moment tout simple, mais que je garderai précieusement dans mon coeur : la première fois que mon père a vraiment profité d'un repas au restaurant.
Merci au Keg steakhouse pour ce souvenir qui restera gravé. ❤?

My friend suggested We have dinner at the keg in Laval this evening. Since I've never been to the keg previously I accepted the invitation.
I have taken a break from my meal just to write this review. We both ordered the baseball cut. Blue for me & medium rare for him.
Mine was perfect from the get-go, but my friend had a slight problem with his. In a matter of no time at all…., Nico our waiter was very attentive & along with the manager Jean-phillipe immediately ,rectified the situation with an exceptional, professional , courteous & superb service!
I must say, as a waiter for 30 years , this has to be one of my most memorable experiences ever in a restaurant!
I definitely recommend this establishment any time for great food, ambiance or even just a drink!

Patrick & Roula (désolé si je n'ai pas bien écrit son nom!) ont été très gentils & accueillants. La nourriture était SUPERBE & le service exceptionnel. Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes & tout le monde a mangé chaud & en même temps. Merci à toute l'équipe 🙌
I usually enjoy The Keg, but this location in Laval was disappointing. The kitchen consistently fails to cook the steak to the requested doneness - it seems they have real trouble understanding what'rare' or'medium rare' actually means. Even the server wasn't sure how the steak would come out, which says a lot.
The rest of the experience was fine but when you go to a steakhouse, getting the meat right should be the most basic thing. Unfortunately, they just can't seem to get it right.
Thr food was fantastic, couldn't enjoy a better steak then this restaurant. Service was excellent, my wife & I enjoyed it when our waitress Caroll-Ann was delightful with us & adored our anniversary. Thank you Caroll-Ann!
