Went twice, once for dinner once for lunch. Menu was limited, food ok but not great, atmosphere was too loud so couldn't talk to people on my table easily. Lunch was better but still limited menu.

Excellent service, belle ambiance!!

Mon repas: entrée de bonbon saumon fumé. Très bon.

Mon repas: gnocchetti Stroganoff. C'était correct. Je n'ai pas goûté les champignons & l'estragon dans mon plat. Il manquait un petit plus pour plus de celui-ci un excellent plat.
Mon chum a pris une poutine. Il mentionne que c'est la meilleure en ville!!

This is THE SPOT in Sherbrooke.
Was driving back to the US from Quebec City & stopped here for lunch - exactly what we could've asked for.
The beer was DELICIOUS. The poutine was amazing. We also had the'tasting' of their fish & chips (basically, all 3 versions that they offer at this time) & it was phenomenal.
If you're visiting from out of town, or just driving through, check this place out.
If you're from Sherbrooke, well, you probably already know then.

Excellent restaurant !
Le Siboire Dépôt à Sherbrooke est sans hésitation mon restaurant favori. Le menu est exceptionnel, le service & l'ambiance aussi, & tout ce que j'ai commandé était à la hauteur - voire au-delà - de mes attentes.
Très bons plats, excellents verres & bières brassées sur place vraiment remarquables.
Une expérience toujours réussie. Je recommande fortement !
