On aime toujours
le lieu, indéniablement agréable; les bières excellentes. Les employés sont aussi agréables 😀 & connaissent bien les produits. La cuisine est habituellement excellente, sauf à notre dernière visite pour le fish & chips qui était imbibé d'huile.

I'm disgusted. Not by the food, not by the place , but by the waitress. I think her name was aly if I remember or Alice. If I could put 0 stars I would. She was so rude & looked at us weirdly all night long. Food came late & she wasn't sorry about it. Never going back there again. As soon as she got closer it also smelled weird. I think Siboire Depot should make an effort on their staff selection, because this young lady was clearly not capable of correctly serving clients.

Je suis allée au siboire pour la première fois la semaine passée & pire expérience de ma vie. Le seul positif que j'ai à donner c'est la nourriture qui était excellente. Par contre, le service était exécrable. Ma serveuse Aly était hautaine & arrogante. À plusieurs reprises elle roulait les yeux & soupirait quand je lui parlais. Bref, je ne retournerai certainement pas la mais je n'ai rien à dire de négatif sur l'ambiance ou la nourriture.

La soupe était froide (après 15 minutes d'attente). Retour à la cuisine : la deuxième fois elle était tiède... Attente beaucoup trop longue

J'adore cet endroit surtout l'ete avec la belle terrasse. Le fish & chip de morue est vraiment excellent. L'ambiance toujours incroyable dans cet ancienne statio de train oü est conçu leur bière.
