Très bonne bière, bel ambiance. L'étoile en moins est pour le menu Sherbrooke t'en bouche un coin. Nous avons été déçu. Mais celui qui avait la poutine nous a rendu très jaloux.

Excellent repas: Sherbrooke met la table. Les conseils & disponibilités de la serveuse ont été très appréciés. La seule contrariété a été d'être installer devant & très près de la porte coulissante des cuisines. De nombreuses ouvertures & fermetures de cette porte par des employés avec des bacs de vaisselles, le néon lumineux dans les yeux ont été très désagréables lors de ce souper de fête. Je pensais que de réserver à l'avance, nous aurait donné l'accès à une meilleure table. À revoir SVP.

This microbrew pub has a wide variety of mostly excellent beer, friendly servers, & a passable food menu. The main area of this converted railway station has nicely spaced tables, interesting decor -- the head of Gilbert, the moose, & a Big Ass fan that is mighty big -- & it's not so noisy that you can't converse with your drinking buddies. However, the west end of the pub is another story. With low ceilings & packed tables, it has terrible acoustics. Everyone has to talk loud to be heard, & the result is an ear-splitting cacophony. So, if you're making a reservation, be sure to specify that you want to be seated in the main area of the pub. (& hopefully Siboire management will address the sound problem sometime soon)
