Un membre de ma famille a une neuro déficience. Bien que cela ne paraisse pas, il y a un ralentissement dans la compréhension. Le serveur a été très patient & attentionné. Il n'a pas mis aucune pression. J'ai cru comprendre qu'elle n'avait pas ajouté le pourboire lors du paiement. Merci ! Il y a de beaux jeunes adultes & votre personnel semble heureux de travailleur pour le Siboire. Je crois que cela paraît dans le contact qu'ils ont avec la clientèle. Ils sont toujours sur la coche : Dynamique, accueillant, souriant. Finalement ce que nous recherchons dans un ambiance bistro.

Tout était bon sauf que les pâtes Gigli laissait à désirer. Ont dirait que c'était un plat réchauffé. C'est le commentaire que j'ai eu. À part de cela tout était très bien 👍.

Belle place chaleureuse, pas trop bruyante, propre. Nourriture un peu trop gras, l'huile dégoulinait dans les plats.
Manque d'explications claires sur vos bières, c'est trop généraliste.

J'ai fêter les 40 ans de mon conjoint au Siboire Dépôt. Belle visite de la microbrasserie avant le souper. L'employé était passionné & intéressant. Les invités ont bien apprécié l'expérience.
