Étaient trop huileux . Peut être éponger un peu les poissons avant le service .

Nourriture, ambiance, service tous trois excellents.
J'ai connu le Siboire à ses débuts comme pub pour la bière. Depuis le menu qui s'est ajouté mérite le détour pour casser la croute.

Bel endroit pour se retrouver en groupe . Excellent service , grand choix de bières pour tous les goûts . Côté bouffe , c'est correct sans plus . Choix de menu plutôt restreint . On y va plus pour une bonne bière qu'une bonne bouffe !
