Le resto est beau, un endroit super pour aller prendre une bière entre amis. Par contre, le service pour la cuisine est terriblement long, à chaque fois c'est 1h pour avoir un hamburger. Nous avons attendu 1h10 pour un brownies.... Nos plats étaient décevants, fish n chips mouillé, tartare blender ça avait une texture de pâte de foie... Bref, la bière est excellente, mais le reste nous avons été déçues a plusieurs reprises.

After a fun day, a friend suggested Siboire Depot for dinner. We were not disappointed!! The staff were friendly & on point. We all agreed that our orders were well seasoned & delicious. I wish I had remembered to take more pictures of our dishes & drinks, but honestly we had so much fun that I was caught up in the moment & forgot. We will definitely be coming back.

Très belle soiau siboire depot! Le serveur: phil, est particulièrement agréable, j'en ai apris beaucoup sur la culture de la bière de microbrasserie! Il m'a très bien conseillé & grâce à lui j'ai su apprécier une bonne bière! Merci beaucoup! À bientôt!

Bonjour, un premier commentaire concerne ce questionnaire en anglais seulement... je sais que ce n'est pas directement relié au Siboire mais tout de même je pense important d'y remédier!! Pour ce qui est de l'expérience du repas de vendredi 2 février, j'ai bien apprécié le plat de pâtes que j'ai mangé, fait d'ingrédients de qualité (local, donc Bravo!!). Mon seul commentaire négatif est que le repas à été servi tiède... on en a avisé le serveur. Merci
