La nourriture de style bistro est bonne. J'apprécie l'effort de récupération & des aliments locaux, régionaux.
Le menu est original & offre un choix différent & varié (santé si on le souhaite).
On m'a dit que les frites n'étaient pas chaude. Aussi, nous étions à l'heure de dînée, dans un contexte de travail. Les assiettes ont sortis peut-être pas aussi rapidement que souhaité. Mais vraiment pour moi c'est 5/5. Merci

SIBOIRE : Ambiance agréable, service courtois & rapide, merci.
PARKING DU SIBOIRE : payant, guichet électronique pour paiement gelé par -4 C, plusieurs essais avant que ca marche, un peu frustrant, pas de plan B. Merci au Siboire de s'en préoccuper.
