It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

Le personnel est super gentil. Le gérant nous a fait de la place à la dernière minute pour 25 personnes !!! Super service! Cocktails & nourriture excellents, je vous le recommande !

Nous avons pris en entrée une burrata frit s étais excellent, & burger comme repas avec une poutine buffalo je recommande fortement le poulet étais excellent & le burger vraiment délicieux ont as choisie le ultimate cheeezeee je recommande fortement 🫶🏻
Serveuse super ! Ventilation un peu forte tout en haut où nous étions assis, ce qui créait un courant d'air froid assez désagréable.
Très bons cocktails, grande variété de choix. Le service est également top, super serviable :)
Groupe de 8 nous avons tous adoré notre expérience excellent plat excellent service 2 seul bémol important Les menus ont une odeur épouvantable Sentir le vomi avant de manger ce n'est pas winner & Le pourboire proposé est calculé avec les taxes à modifier au PC

I had a really nice lunch here today. It was a beautiful day outside & we got to enjoy it on the covered patio, which was lovely! The restaurant itself is super cute, clean & has great decor. I loved that the building itself is an old brick police building. I also enjoyed their "Mad Love" sign above the bar. The service was good, especially after we noticed only 2 people were working the many tables. It was very helpful that they provided menus in English, as we were visiting from California & unfortunately do not speak French. They have a great selection of food & drink options & the food itself was very tasty. If I wasn't driving, I would have definitely tried one of their yummy looking shaker drinks. My husband & I shared the: Tuna Tataki - very good, highly recommend Veggie burger - very good Fish & Chips - amazing, probably the best I've ever had! I loved their unique breading, which was light & crispy - I also really enjoyed their shoe string fries. They were the perfect amount of crispy & not overly salty Overall, we had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend trying this place!
