It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

Went out for dinner, & were expertly serviced by the staff from stepping in, to leaving.
Drinks were amazing, together with incredible burgers, poutine & fries paired with a perfect house mayo. Great ambiance, great food, great staff, definitely a wonderful place to return to.

Très bruyant, malheureusement 2 fêtes en même temps mais nous allons revenir & aller dans la semaine au lieu de fin semaine. La bouffe super & de très bons drink !
J'ai adoré mon drink le Shaman ,si vous aimez les litchis la lime ,la framboise plus l'alcool tres bon & le repas le tartare de boeuf chimichouri super bon!

C'est ma 2e expérience, la 1ere fois le service était excellent, la 2e fois un peu moins.
Repas plus que parfait en ce qui concerne les tartares. Le tartare boeuf steak house est savoureux & délicieux.
Les portions sont parfaites.
Grand choix de drink tout aussi délicieux.
Belle ambiance quoique assez cacophonique cependant.

Le Shaker est un de mes restaurants préférés & ce n'est pas pour rien. La bouffe, les drinks, le service… TOUT!!! Tout est parfait! Peu importe ce que tu vas commander, tu vas aimer! Il n'y a rien de PAS bon. Le service est toujours impeccable & l'ambiance est numéro un.

Les drinks sont super bon. On a testé le sugar dady & la sangria blanche au litchi. Un vrai délice. Bon service, bonne ambiance!
Food was amazing, great date night spot. The service wasn't great by the bar but all went well & food came out quickly & drinks too. The problem was we had to ask for everything we weren't really checked on hence the lower service stars. Again, AMAZING FOOD.

I had a really nice lunch here today. It was a beautiful day outside & we got to enjoy it on the covered patio, which was lovely! The restaurant itself is super cute, clean & has great decor. I loved that the building itself is an old brick police building. I also enjoyed their "Mad Love" sign above the bar. The service was good, especially after we noticed only 2 people were working the many tables. It was very helpful that they provided menus in English, as we were visiting from California & unfortunately do not speak French. They have a great selection of food & drink options & the food itself was very tasty. If I wasn't driving, I would have definitely tried one of their yummy looking shaker drinks. My husband & I shared the: Tuna Tataki - very good, highly recommend Veggie burger - very good Fish & Chips - amazing, probably the best I've ever had! I loved their unique breading, which was light & crispy - I also really enjoyed their shoe string fries. They were the perfect amount of crispy & not overly salty Overall, we had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend trying this place!
I do enjoy this place a lot, outdoor sitting because the music inside is too loud for me. The food is delicious, drinks options & beers. Thanks guys but last time we were there the waitress were no where to be found, I had to go after her 3 times because we want to order drinks, or need napikins or want a second round of shots. It was almost 9pm I get it but at some point there were no one on the floor that we could ask.
J'ai adoré notre visite. L'ambiance est plaisante , la musique n'est pas trop forte. Les décors sont beaux. Les drinks & la nourriture sont très bons. Nous y retournerons certainement !
Un incontournable pour prendre un verre dans le centre-ville de Saint-Jérôme. Les points forts, les drinks.. à la hauteur de son nom. Les entrées sont également parfaites. +1 pour le carpaccio de boeuf & les tartares. Malheureusement, le contre-filet qui était délicieux n'est plus sur la carte. La dernière fois, j'ai opté pour le Burger BIG BOSS, deux galettes de boeuf & la qualité n'y était pas. Très sec, aucun goût & aucun gras pour la saveur.. surprenant d'une viande de boeuf "Sterling Silver" qui est normalement d'une qualité milieu de gamme. Les frites me rappel les cavendish congelé. Par compte, la présentation, le service & l'ambiance tout était A1.
