We chose sEb L'artisan Culinaire to celebrate Valentine's Day in the middle of our ski trip - & it was the perfect decision.
The ambiance was intimate & romantic, a beautiful contrast to a full day on the slopes. It felt personal, warm, & thoughtfully curated - the kind of place where time slows down & you truly savour the moment.
We enjoyed the four-course menu with wine pairings, & every single dish was a masterpiece. The pairings featured several exceptional European wines, including two absolute gems from Portugal that elevated the entire experience. Each course felt intentional, balanced, & crafted with real artistry.
The service was extraordinary. Lydia was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, & attentive - guiding us through the wines & dishes with passion & ease. She made the evening feel even more special.
This is more than a restaurant; it's an experience. We will absolutely return to celebrate again.
We went to sEb in early January 2026, we took the pre-set 4 course option, with wine pairing, & had a wonderful culinary experience. The quality of the meal was exceptional, & it's great to be able to experience this, in St-Jovite, at such a reasonable price. We had dinner at Le Cirque restaurant in Las Vegas 3 days after our dinner at sEb, & the experience was similarly great, but at 4 times the cost! Highly recommend sEb if you're in the Tremblant area.
Fantastic from start to finish. Truly enjoyed the four course with wine pairing menu.
party of 6. We loved it. Comment - food good but not amazing. Prices very reasonable. Great wine list. Many of us did wine pairings & those were great.
Go for the multi-course tasting & wine pairing, you will be glad you did. They offer you options - 4 or 7 courses, & a choice between certain dishes. I went with the 4-course option with pairings & got a choice for the main dish - cod or duck. I went with duck & it was divine. Their wine menu is extensive & high-end, as you can see from my photos. For the 4-course dinner, I spent 3 relaxed hours; I do recommend coming earlier so you enjoy an extended service.
Seb's is back. There was a little hiccup in food/service, etc. a year ago. Everything was incredibly high quality this time. The welcome was warm, the service efficient, friendly, informative, bilingual & expert. The food was creative with complex & delicious flavoring & just the right amount. The wine pairing was perfect & introduced us to some new wines. We have been going to Seb's since he opened many years ago. It's one of our favorite places & we'll keep on going until we can't.
We had the 4 course tasting menu. The food was ok but nowhere close to Michelin standards. The duck wasn't seasoned properly & the veal was overcooked. The tuna a bit bland, some punch would've helped... The lady in charge of the floor was a bit pretentious. They tried to bill us for the tasting menu with the wine pairing even though we had chosen a bottle of wine. Which is basically a $80 difference... They sell their bottle of sparkling water for $11.00 & their wines three times what you would pay for at the SAQ... In a nutshell, way overpriced for the quality of the experience.
Alex, a very knowledgeable Sommelier always recomends the best pairings. The friendly & efficient service complements a fine dinning experience.

From start to finish, every meal has been a delight, & we can't wait to return again & again. If you're in Mont-Tremblant, do yourself a favor & make this restaurant a priority. You won't be disappointed!
Beautifully prepared 7 course meal over 3 hours. You can choose to have wine pairing or not. We had oysters with yuzu & caviar, oyster rockafeller, haddock croquette, cod & celeriac, lamb popsicle, cheese with homemade biscotti, pate de foie gras with apple jam & apple puree, hazelnut cake with meringue, & last but not least a homemade raspberry marshmallow. All very tasty & artfully presented. The restaurant had a nice lively ambiance. The staff were friendly.
This was a wonderful restaurant experience! From the moment we checked in with our reservation we felt like we were in the best of hands. We are learning French so we asked our server for patience & to speak French with us. As this was an anniversary celebration, we decided to splash out on the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairings. It was delightful from the beginning to the end. Oysters, caviar, foïe gras, elk, local wine & cheese & ending with an apple sticky toffee pudding with bacon ice cream. The wine pairings were mostly excellent. Every wine was described beautifully by our server & we had time to enjoy them on their own before the food course arrrived. We didnt feel rushed or like we were ever waiting a long time between courses. It was a perfect evening!
Nice cozy atmosphere. Food was great. Had the 4 service with wine pairing was excellent
There's wizardry in the air at Seb AL'artisan Culinaire. From the moment we arrived we knew it would be special. Our dinner was a box of delights from magically transformed carrots, tender succulent sweetbreads, rich lamb with just a hint of the exotic & opulent duck breast. The charming sommelier conjured up faultless wine pairings from less usual sources which gave us plenty to discuss.
We celebrated my birthday, my mother & I, yesterday after a day on the paddle board. We decided to order the 7 course discovery menu with wine pairing. The restaurant was cozy & welcoming & the service was kind & attentive. Each plate was executed without flaw & as beautiful as it was delicious. I loved that they open on Monday nights as selection is limited on that day normally. I was even surprised with truffles & a candle to wish me a happy birthday. This was a delightful treat to finish a day already so perfect!
we went there with no exception other than the reviews on google. we had a fabulous evening. the food was amazing. the server was of top of things suggesting the perfect food & wine pairing for.

We had the 4-course dinner with wine pairings. Food & wine was fantastic ! Our server Michel was attentive & made it a wonderful experience.
I will start with the positive by saying a few of our starting dishes in our tasting menu were truly unique, interesting, & quite tasty. That's where the positives end here. Unfortunately, I think there's a mismatch between how this restaurant portrays itself to be & what the customer actually experiences. While some dishes were good, others really missed the mark due to poor execution (overcooked protein or missed seasoning) or unoriginality in the context of a tasting menu. The wines that were paired with the meal were probably the most common & highest-volume cheap wines that you could've found front-&-center at any SAQ. The price/cost multiple for our pairings here was egregious - higher than the priciest restaurants I've been to in the US or CA. We did the smaller of the tasting menus & we were here for 3+ hours with a good chunk of the time spent without food, drink, or even water. Kitchen, service, & front of house all seemed disconnected. We made reservations two months in advance & got a corner seat next to an empty/unused bar backed-up to a walkway at a table that was lit with two daylight/bright-blue, cold LED lights. We were told at our white table cloth table to scan the QR code to view the unoptimized, non-user friendly menu online. I understand these are petty details but it all compounds to an experience that misses the mark for a place that sells itself as a place to embark on an elevated, refined, unique, creative culinary & dining experience while charging a premium as such.
This restaurant is outstanding. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've ever had. We enjoyed the four course meal with wine pairing & everything tasted wonderful. The woman who attended & served us was incredible. She added a personal touch to this dinner. We had a cozy spot near the wine cellar that made the whole evening even more amazing. We hope to return.

The seven course tasting meal was delightful. Each course had a fabulous wine pairing & the flavors were well-balanced. Service slowed once the dining room filled in so it took us 3.5 hours to finish the 7 courses.

Excellent food. Very fresh. Recommend the 4 or 7 service with wine pairing.
