1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Service & Mismanaged Billing
Our experience at Darquios was extremely disappointing. We waited over two hours for our food, & when the dishes finally arrived, multiple items were incorrect.
To make matters worse, basic requests were completely ignored-we ordered extra bread that never arrived. Due to the excessive delays & mistakes, we had to cancel part of our order. Despite this, management still tried to charge us the full bill upon departure, expecting payment for items we cancelled or never received.
The service was completely disorganized & indifferent to customer concerns. I cannot recommend dining here until management drastically improves their service quality & attention to detail.

Food was great. We ordered many things off the menu with our party of 8. We really appreciated the input from our server Max. He suggested pairings with the dishes we ordered & made our kids feel like they were part of the experience. Music in the background was on point as well. We liked this place so much that we placed another reservation the following week.

Been to Darquise a couple times now. We had Max as our server most recently & he was fantastic. Knowledgeable with his recommendations, funny, & provided great service all around. We were a bigger group & were well taken care of. Food has been quite good in my experience. I feel the prices are reasonable for the Tremblant area as well.

I dined at Darquise on Sat July 15/2. The food was really good, & the service was amazing. Even though the restaurant was very busy, Scott, the manager, came by our table when the kitchen was running a little behind to check on us & make sure we were doing okay. That personal attention was greatly appreciated. Our waiter, Matthew, was friendly, attentive, & provided outstanding service throughout our meal. The excellent food & exceptional hospitality made for a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Très bel endroit, un peu à l'étroit à l'intérieur. Service ok, mais pas de présentation de menu du jour, soupe & pâtes. Pas de présentation de la promotion non plus.
J'ai pris le filet mignon. Belle cuisson, sauce peu goûteuse. Portion???
Je n'aime pas aller souper & avoir encore faim en sortant. Je suis allé manger une poutine ailleurs après….
