Excellent Spot. Great atmosphere in the outdoor enclosed patio. Maxime took such good care of us. He treated us like family & cares very much about the service. Highly recommend & will visit again next year.

Celebrated a special birthday dinner here & the food was delicious. I had the lobster & vegetables & my husband had the duck legs. Will come back here in fall to try the trout.

Nous avons soupé au Darquise Bar & Grill le 3 juin dernier, en famille (2 adultes & 2 jeunes enfants), & notre expérience a été exceptionnelle.

Dès notre arrivée, notre serveur a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme remarquable. Malheureusement, je ne me souviens plus de son prénom, mais il mérite d'être souligné. Il a immédiatement apporté de l'eau ainsi que du popcorn à nos enfants, un geste simple mais très apprécié qui les a occupés pendant que nous regardions le menu.

Nous avons également été installés dans une salle intérieure plus intime, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre souper en famille sans craindre de déranger les autres clients. Cette attention a vraiment fait toute la différence avec deux tout-petits.

Le repas était tout simplement excellent. Chaque plat était savoureux, bien présenté & est arrivé rapidement. Tout au long du repas, notre serveur est venu régulièrement s'assurer que tout était à notre goût, que nos repas & nos boissons nous convenaient & que nous ne manquions de rien. Son service était attentionné, chaleureux & impeccable, sans jamais être envahissant.

Il est rare de vivre une expérience où la qualité de la nourriture & du service sont toutes deux irréprochables. Ce souper restera un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Saint-Jovite. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir & recommandons sans hésiter le Darquise Bar & Grill à tous ceux qui recherchent une excellente cuisine accompagnée d'un service exceptionnel.

The food was amazing, but the service completely ruined the experience. We waited 1 hour & 40 minutes for our food, & when it finally came out, our order was wrong. We also had to sit there without utensils, & not once did anyone refill our water.

The only time staff seemed to come around was to try to upsell drinks. For a restaurant with food this good, the service was shockingly bad. I would not come back unless they seriously fix how they treat & serve customers.

Came here while visiting Mont Tremblant. Didn't want to eat at the village so found this place. The atmosphere is diverse. There is both the pub side with TVs for sporting events, & the dining room side with a log cabin type classic feel.

Wait staff are extremely friendly. Got here just before a rush - the place does get very busy!

Appetizers we ordered the tapas trio - which is your selection of 3 apps. We got the chicken satay with an awesome peanut satay sauce, the deep fried cauliflower, & the truffle potatoes. The truffle sauce for the potatoes was amazing. Very complex & just enough to split.

The main course with the braised short ribs with the mashed potatoes. You don't have the upgrade the side - the mashed are a staff favourite.

When the main course of braised short ribs came, it was amazingly tender, fall off the bone, & the sweet sauce was just right. The creamy mashed potatoes & veggies made a perfect finish.

Cannot compliment the place enough. It lived up to the reputation & we will be back again!

Great place for a dinner with friends or family just a few minutes from the slopes.

Uitstekende, authentieke plek. Zowel bar als restaurant. Geweldige sfeer. Beste dessert ooit (maple drenched pudding with icecream). Hier kom ik terug!
