We ate at Seb yesterday & had a really good time. Food was really delicious & the staff were really attentive to our dietary preferences. We had the four course meal which was safe compared to other fine dining restaurants we've been in Québec & Ontario. Nonetheless, it was really delicious; for us, the duck breast meal was the star. The cocktails however were under average for a Michelin Guide recommended fine dining restaurant. Service itself was absolutely great. My one remark would be the time in-between courses were quite long (3 hours for a 4 course menu). The ambiance was great & they sat us in a beautiful half-moon booth. Thank you for this really nice experience!

A gem of a place where we sat beautifully on the patio on the quiet street the place fronts onto. Excellent service staff fed us excellent cocktails & the 4 course'menu degustation' with great care. Wine pairings & explanations were top tier, & the dishes prepared with great care. It was easy for the kitchen to accommodate diet needs & to excel in doing so. Extra care for us -- an anniversary dinner -- was greatly appreciated over the dessert. Many many thanks to sEb & crew.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. The food & service we outstanding. Would highly suggest this for a nice evening out. We did the four course meal & enjoyed it from start to finish.
