My wife & I visited this restaurant on Friday, July 10th & had fantastic food & service. We went again on Sunday, July 12th & things were much different. We placed our order with drinks, an entree & dinner. It took over 45- 50 minutes to get our meals. The waitress came over a couple of times & told us our meal would be out shortly. After such a wait, I told the waitress that we would pay for our drinks & entree but we would be leaving. Of course the food arrived within 2 minutes of my complaint. We were approached by the manager of the restaurant. I explained the situation, she asked what would make us happy. I said, it's your decision. Without asking us if we even wanted dessert, a creme brulee was brought over. Again, the manager came to our table asking if we were happy. I told her politely we did not order or want the dessert & asked if we may have a discount on our $128.77 bill instead. She said, no way, & that I had been rude (which I was not) & had to pay the full price!! This left a very bitter taste for my wife & myself. For a restaurant whose service was outstanding on our first visit, when there were twice the amount of people, we'll have to think twice about returning. The manager's attitude was not warranted or appreciated!!
Sérieux le service est vraiment très très très très très long!!! Sans bon sens !!!! J'ai jamais vu ça !!! C'est la 3 ieme fois que je viens ici & probablement la dernière ! Bouffe bonne mais on a le temps de pogné la grippe tellement c'est long !!!!!!!!!! Je ne recommande plus !! Désolé !
Xavier served us in the bar after we moved from being sat beside a full table of 10 in the empty restaurant (we had a reservation) & Xavier was great! I had a great view of the kitchen, unfortunately our meal didn't match the view or service from Xavier
This was our second visit & likely our last. We forgot we'd been there before & had a similar meal experience
We were passing by & decided to try this restaurant. We are so happy we did. The food was delicious. The pasta dish we had was amazing. Cheese tortellini with shrimp, baby scallops & crab but the sauce was to be white wine with cream & my husband can't have cream, so we asked for tomato sauce with the white wine...what a fabulous idea. It was amazing!!

Je suis allée à ce resto hier, comme à chaque été. L'acceuil est toujours exeptionnel, ainsi que l'ambiance, le sevice également même si c'est un peu long, mais c'était plein. La déception est vraiment niveau de la nourriture, mes pâtes baignaient dans une sauce tellement liquide clair qu'elle ne collait aucunement aux pâtes, je l'ai mentionné à la serveuse & elle a admit la situation & était désolée, mais aucune baisse de prix où compensation tel dessert café. La pizza de mon conjoint n'était pas à la hauteur non plus. Peut-être une exeption, mais l'année dernière aussi j'avais remarqué une baisse de quantité & qualité, dommage.
