Magnifique! We found this hidden gem in the little town of Mt. Tremblant on our last trip here & were blown away. We returned last night & had another magnificent meal that confirmed our past impression. Away from the skiing village, down a quiet side street, this little restaurant may serve the best French (& Franco-Italian) dinners in the area, if not in all of Quebec. They more than deserve one Michelin star, if not two.
We arrived to find an amuse bouche of delicious duck tartare, which I followed with ris de veau &, as entree, Quebecois red deer. My wife had as appetizer smoked salmon salad with pastrami seasoning & creme fraiche, then orechiette with lamb, almost a stew. For dessert, an unorthodox but extraordinary tartin tatin. Every dish extraordinary, & complemented by reasonably priced, excellent wines from across Europe, California, & South America.
Service was friendly, perfectly efficient without being rushed in a charming small dining room. Just wonderful. We can't wait to go back.
Personnel: hyper sympathique.
Bouffe : exceptionnel (personnellement, je suis un gros mangeur. J'aurais accepté facilement une ou deux bouchées de plus dans mes portions). Les accords-mets étaient tous très intéressants.
Vraiment une belle découverte pour nous. Nous devrons, bien sûr, récidiver.

Eh bien, nous avons récidivé!
Ce fut encore une fois une soirée exceptionnelle. Du cocktail au dessert en passant par les propositions de vins.
Les membres du personnel ont encore une fois été irréprochables & sympathiques en plus.
Je tiens aussi à mentionner que j'ai pris le temps de bien regarder la carte des vins cette fois-ci. Je dois vous avertir. Vous trouverez un vin à votre goût, c'est certain. Prenez le temps de la regarder & n'hésitez pas à vous laisser conseiller.

After a few disappointing meals elsewhere in Tremblant, sEb was a breath of fresh air. We had the 4-course menu, & it was excellent value for the quality provided. I tried the deer for the first time; while game meat isn't my personal favorite, I could tell the chefs did everything possible to elevate it. It was'fall-off-the-bone' tender & clearly prepared with high technical skill.
The dessert was amazing, & the service was top-tier-attentive without being overbearing. The establishment is also incredibly clean; the mirrors were so spotless we actually thought they were another room! If you want a meal where you actually get what you pay for in Tremblant, this is the place.

Autant le service que la cuisine étaient empreints de générosité. Le carpaccio de thon était frais & parfaitement assaisonné, le veau fondant à souhait, & que dire des desserts… un vrai régal! Nous allons recommander ce restaurant à nos proches & avons déjà hâte d'y revenir dès que possible! :)
Une première visite pour célébrer nos 7 ans de mariage. Nous avons tout aimé : l'accueil, le service, notre table privée à côté du cellier, la bouffe (surtout l'entrée d'esturgeon fumé, le pain & le dessert aux pêches), les excellents vins. Merci infiniment…nous reviendrons!
These are from the 4 course prefix dinner. Amazing flavors & everything really fresh. Started with tomato soup, some focaccia then a salad with fresh herbs. My cocktail was the Havana something. I had the duck in a delicious flavorful sauce & husband had the fish with carrot risotto which was outstanding. Dessert was very light & satisfying. & a bonus tiny chocolate cake that was a perfect sweet ending. Staff were all very knowledgeable & friendly. Parking on the side. We were there 1 1/2 hours for a casual dining experience.
We had the four course meal & the food was esquisite. The dessert could have been more pletiful mind you - it was really just a single almost mouth ful. The service was great & friendly, the only criticism is the servers sort of exchanged hands throughout.& didn,t communicate properly - we bought bottled water & they poured the tap water ontop. They also didn't return to refill our glasses (& left the bottle at another table & the bar). As for atmosphere - we heard the same'house' music playlist at this establishment & others - it was kind of odd. I would suggest classical music for this place.

Excellente soirée à Tremblant avec ce menu découverte en 4 services, où tous les plats étaient succulents, savoureux & copieux . Une mention spéciale pour la carte des desserts très raffinés , créativité habile pour joindre le goût, les textures & le visuel impeccable, que du délicieux , un mix de finesse de pâtisserie française & de saveurs locales. Bravo, le régal qui éblouit la fin du dîner. Accueil tres chaleureux par la maitre d'hôtel, la table devant la cave à vins nous a permis d'avoir une intimité bien appréciée. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
Excellente découverte ! Nous avons pris le menu 4 services accord mets & vins & ce fût un régale ! Les saveurs, la qualité, le service, tout y était ! Mention spéciale au pâtissier français & son dessert à l'érable qui met à l'honneur les saveurs du Québec (j'aurais pu en manger 10, tellement c'était excellent). Je recommande vivement !! Expérience culinaire de qualité garantie ;)
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my wife & son. We started with the vol au vent & burrata. Both were excellent. My son had the lamb, my wife had the ragu bianco, & I had the soffocato. The servings of each were generous & delicious. Nothing left to take home. We shared a bottle of Sancerre which was also nice.
The desserts looked great but we were full so we passed.
Service was leisurely but attentive & the amuse-bouche & cheesecake bite with the bill was a nice touch.
After a long day of skiing, this was a perfect ending. If we visit Mont Tremblant again, I would not hesitate to go back.

First time at Seb & it wont be the last one. We went to celebrate our daughter in law's bday. My goodness they delivered! From the begining,great atmosphere, very nice place & clean.We were received with a smile in French & English. Our server was so kind & always with a smile ! They served us gazpacho to start,it was so refreshing We ate fish of the day with veggies,lamb that was amazing with vegetables & mushed potatoes, Seb's famous lobster spaghetti ( it was a big lobster:))( served on a nice big pasta bowl) Ragu bianco. As for dessert,semifredo, his grandma's crepes, chocolate nemesis. & before we left,they served us lemmon "yummy" cookies The food was outstanding! So tasty! & the portions were abundant. The plates were so nice too & beautifully presented! We love it from begining to the end. Bravo! We will be back ( here are dome pictures) I highly recommend you this place Thank you do much
It was a 20 minute drive from our hotel but really worth it! The ambiance was cozy & welcoming. We all had the four course tasting menu & were more than satisfied. Tuna tartare, smoked sturgeon were the starters, for entrees 3 tried the fresh fish which was delicious & cooked perfectly. I tried the duck & it was so delicious I had to share. Dessert was a simple & elegant olive cake. Service was wonderful & I'd highly recommend if you have the chance!

Quelle belle expérience culinaire tout était parfait de l'entrée au dessert. Lors de notre passage il y avait une entrée de cuisses de grenouille wow une explosion de saveurs. Service exceptionnel & nous avions une petite salle idéal pour un anniversaire, Nous reviendrons c'est certain!
Notre 3 ieme fois chez Seb toujours aussi satisfait...service nourriture une très belle soirée...la seule point négatif qui est vraiment gros en négatif...a chaque fois on est vraiment très heureux des mises en bouche & les entrées mais on reste un peu sur notre appétit au repas principal...& le dessert on revient heureux ...on a manger le canard & le bar hier & c'était en dessous de nos attentes mais la barre est haute avec tous le reste .merci encore à toute l'équipe on va y retourner une 4 ième fois 😄
tout était délicieux particulierement le poisson -bar - & la sauce pour le poisson & surtout le dessert aux pommes qui etait sublime...seul petit bémol, le poisson aurait pu etre plus chaud il était tiède .....
On nous a installé à la table des employés à côté de la cave à vin mais vous nous avez donné un dessert & 2 verres d'hydromel gratuit donc sa passe mais ce n'est pas parfait. Super soirée super bouffe. Je recommende!
Excellent restaurant régional. Le service était impeccable. Le homard & sa crème caviar était divin. La déclinaison de rhubarbe en dessert avec le biscuit breton étaient tout à fait exquis (j'en aurais pris une portion un peu plus généreuse). Excellent rapport qualité prix.
