Servicce attentionné & plas plein de gout, de subtilité & de finesse.
L'atmosphère de la salle est tres agréable aussi un bel espacement entre kes tables, ambiance cosy avec musique agreable dont le niveau sonore n entrave pas la conversation des clients.
Ce fut une très intéressante découverte.
Nous reviendrons c est certain & recommanderons l'ITQH avec enthousiasme.
Ma 3e visite à l'ITHQ & l'expérience en a valu le coup. Je recommande le menu dégustation & l'accord met-vin. La qualité de la cuisine, la présentation des assiettes, le choix des vins proposés, le service, l'ambiance, bref, j'adore cet endroit. Bravo à tous & toutes.
Excellent accueil, le monsieur a une très bonne approche & à un bon sens de l'humour.
La nourriture est bonne & savoureuse.

So delicious! The mushroom sausage & the biscuit dessert made a fabulous meal. The in-house bread & butter were light & fresh, yet hearty at the same time. Would have loved to know the ingredients of our dishes better, perhaps printed on the menu. Delightful, & will recommend & return for the savoury & sweet experience!

Une place de choix pour tous les goûts incluant les végétariens & les végétaliens.
À recommander tant pour un souper romantique, qu'une réunion d'affaires.

Nous avons super bien mangé, bon rapport qualité prix. Belle mise en valeur des produits québécois. Le vin d'hemmingford recommandé par le serveur était vraiment très bon.
En plus le resto est situé en face de métro Sherbrooke. Je recommande fortement.
Super resto avec menu recherché (28-40$) sortant des offres habituelles. Déserts exceptionnels avec saveurs & textures recherchées. Portion plutôt moyenne comme ce type de resto. Offre menu à la carte ou un menu 5 services (79$) pouvant être complété par les vins assortis (+50$). Je recommande.
