The Restaurant de l'ITHQ on rue Saint-Denis is open year round, morning, noon and evening. Through its refined cuisine, prepared with the freshest Québec products, the Restaurant de l'ITHQ is a testament to the quality of the culinary training provided at the leading hotel school that is the ITHQ. The service staff's know-how, particularly in terms of food and wine pairing, further enhances the patron experience. Its peaceful and cosy ambience, bathed in natural light, is heightened by a splendid view of Square Saint-Louis, which is located right in front. During the week, the kitchen and dining room welcome ITHQ students who are nearing completion of their program and, under the vigilant eye of their professors, are putting into practice what they learned in class.

The atmosphere may have been sparse because of the heavy rain but the restaurant was pretty empty. The service was excellent, attentive & friendly with explanations from the young staff. The food was good & you have to bear in mind that for this type of dining the good price was good. We found the offering a bit « bread heavy ». Sourdough with the first delicate taster & bread on the starter as well as croutons on the main but this might be a Canadian thing. Very glad we went.

Very nice atmosphere, service, & well thought out menu. This is an elegant & relaxing place to dine. Very nice to have an amuse bouche before dinner. The service was attentive, the plates beautifully presented, the service was also professional & discreet. The music selection was sedate & appreciated. The music did not overwhelm the atmosphere nor muffle conversation. Appreciated table linen & comfortable chairs. A nice place to celebrate life milestones.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely great-each dish was bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. The service was also incredibly attentive, with the staff making sure our every need was met. What stood out the most was that the food wasn't just a meal, but an experience in itself. You can tell that only the finest ingredients were used in every item, making each bite truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful dinner there with my ( grown) children. Loved the creative menu. Truly a welcome change from your typical dinner fare. Service was friendly, efficient & attentive. Can't wait to visit again

The food was a delight for the eye & tastebuds. Smooth & attentive service. We were delayed arriving for lunch, but at no time were we rushed to finish our meal. In total a perfect culinary experience.

Except for that the menu online was different from what was offered at the restaurant, everything was great. Nice attentive service, & amazing food & drink. We will go back since they change the menu seasonally, to take advantage of the local offerings...
