Cuisine raffinée & excellente ! Je n'ai pas l'habitude de manger dans des restaurants gastronomiques & j'y ai pris beaucoup de plaisir en découvrant de très belles associations de saveur & de jolis visuels dans les assiettes.
J'avais peur d'avoir encore faim en sortant du restaurant mais ce n'était pas le cas.
Le service était impeccable & le personnel très agréable, je recommande vivement si vous voulez vous faire plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment , avec un très bon service & des plats savamment travaillés avec des produits quebecquois de grande qualité . Mention spéciale pour les très bons desserts qui signent les très bonnes tables !
Super restaurant. Le service était très bien. Nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'être servis par des étudiants. Il serait intéressant que le menu indique les allergènes pour chaque plat, comme en Europe, ça éviterait des petites paniques comme nous avons eues & je trouve que ça cadrerait bien avec la mission de l'institut de faire évoluer les pratiques en restauration, en plus de diminuer le stress sur les serveurs. Merci à l'équipe en cuisine qui a inventé des plats en fonction des allergies présentes à la table, sans que ça ne se voit pas dans la qualité de la présentation & des saveurs.

This is a high end restorant run by students, But the service while not perfect is up to spec & fancy. The students & staff are always eager to please their clients & awnser any questions.
Cuisine savoureuse & raffinée, offrant notamment un excellent rapport qualité prix avec la table d'hôte du midi à 39$; le service est professionnel, courtois & efficace, le tout dans un environnement lumineux, spacieux & élégant. Tous nos convives ont beaucoup apprécié leur visite au Restaurant de l'ITHQ. Merci!
The restaurant has a very convivial atmosphere & attentive wait staff. We chose the tasting menu which had some excellent dishes such as the filet mignon & the cabbage & celery root salad. Both were very flavourful & used unique combinations. I was less enamoured with the amuse-gueule which was a corn & pea combination that was rather flat in flavour. However I have previously dined there in February when the dinner overall was delicious. It offers an excellent atmosphere & offers good value as well as some very tempting dishes. Great for dining with friends & family

Délicieux, ingrédients locaux & frais. Excellent service & atmosphère calme! Ça fait vraiment du bien!!! If you decide to go you will not be disappointed, this is my third time (first was supper & two subsequent times was breakfast).
Nous avons très bien mangé, la nourriture était excellente.
Un petit bémol sur le service:
- la serveuse a oublié une de mes préférences (il y en avait juste 2);
- l'installation du buffet déjeuner alors que nous étions encore à table pour le souper (bruyant & dérangeant).
Toujours aussi délicieux ! Même encore meilleur que la dernière fois ! Ce nouveau menu du jour (midi) était un vrai régal ! Merci ! À la prochaine, bien sûr !

Encore une très belle expérience au restaurant de l'ITHQ.
C'était ma 4e visite, & je suis toujours aussi impressionnée. Les plats sont aussi beaux que bons, avec beaucoup de finesse & de créativité. Chaque assiette réserve une petite surprise, autant dans les saveurs que dans la présentation.
Le service est soigné & agréable, & on sent le souci du détail du début à la fin.
Un vrai régal à chaque fois. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, & où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Très belle expérience avec une superbe mise en avant des produits plein de saveurs, notamment des légumes & du meilleur beurre qu'on ait mangé au Québec. Belle présentation, belle ambiance dans un cadre très élégant.
Delightful experience delivered by the ITHQ graduating class & staff. Our (mostly anglophone) group came for dinner, & were shown warm hospitality & exquisite attention to detail. I had the roasted cauliflower cigars main dish, & had never had cauliflower presented so elegantly & creatively, with amazing flavours & textures. & I grew up hating the vegetables. Five stars; it's nice to see the future of Quebec gastronomy is in good hands.
