Nous avons été servis par Colia. Nous avons apprécié sa gentillesse, ses explications & son dynamisme.
Le menu dégustation était original, très bien présenté avec des saveurs délicieuses.
Un beau lieu avec une cuisine aux mille saveurs.

An upscale restaurant that offers an excellent three course dinner at a very fair price. All three courses were delicious & service was also great. The hanger steak was exceptionally flavourful & paired well with the eggplant puree.

Delightful meal. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Our waitperson was fantastic with a perfect command of English & an unbridled enthusiasm for the menu. Each course was presented by staff eager for us to sample the food. We will be back next season to see what they have invented. We also came away with a couple of names of Quebec wines & spirits to investigate further. I wish restaurants with wine pairings offered bottles of the wines for sale. We particularly enjoyed one wine, but the winery is in a difficult location for us to visit. We may yet try.
