Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à l'ITHQ ! Le menu à 69 $ (entrée, plat & dessert) offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix : chaque plat était savoureux, bien présenté & préparé avec soin.
Un grand merci également pour la délicate attention à la fin du repas pour l'anniversaire, qui a rendu ce moment encore plus spécial.
Le personnel a été irréprochable tout au long de la soirée : accueillant, souriant, attentionné & toujours à l'écoute. Le service était professionnel tout en restant chaleureux.
Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Staff was stellar! Food was exotic, intriguing, delicious, like nothing we have ever tasted! & the bread!! Delicious! Very pleasant evening, a great way to celebrate our anniversary, & the healing of our two surgeries (his, knee; hers, hip). We would be happy to recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone & everyone! A Michelin guide rated restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was amazing & the army was wonderful!! All in all we loved it! Highly recommended
Tellement un endroit magnifique pour un souper, personnel compétent, sympathique, à l'écoute & chaleureux. Je recommande pour une expérience gastronomique!
Quatrième visite au Restaurant de l'ITHQ & c'est toujours aussi solide. On a pris le menu dégustation 5 services avec accord mets & vins. Le service est courtois, avec un petit bémol pour l'attente au début, mais rien de grave. Le magret de canard était excellent.
Il y a eu un petit cafouillage avec l'accord vin du dessert à cause d'un changement de menu, mais ils ont corrigé ça rapidement & très généreusement (on a eu un verre de plus, belle attention). Pour la panna cotta d'asperge, c'est juste pas mon style, mais je trouve ça bien que les étudiants osent essayer des choses différentes.
Bref, je recommande toujours pour encourager la relève. On va y retourner, c'est certain.
Cuisine raffinée & excellente ! Je n'ai pas l'habitude de manger dans des restaurants gastronomiques & j'y ai pris beaucoup de plaisir en découvrant de très belles associations de saveur & de jolis visuels dans les assiettes.
J'avais peur d'avoir encore faim en sortant du restaurant mais ce n'était pas le cas.
Le service était impeccable & le personnel très agréable, je recommande vivement si vous voulez vous faire plaisir !

C'était ma 4e visite, & je suis toujours aussi impressionnée. Les plats sont aussi beaux que bons, avec beaucoup de finesse & de créativité. Chaque assiette réserve une petite surprise, autant dans les saveurs que dans la présentation.
Le service est soigné & agréable, & on sent le souci du détail du début à la fin.
Un vrai régal à chaque fois. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, & où je reviendrai avec plaisir.
