Un menu original, une qualité des aliments irréprochable, des assiettes appétissantes tant pour l'oeil que pour la bouche, un service très professionnel effectué par des étudiants de l'Institut & un aménagement intérieur classique & chaleureux.
Très belle expérience nous avons pris le menu dégustation 6 services, vraiment succulent & de très belles découvertes culinaires. Personnel très agréable & professionnel.

1. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation. Par curiosité j'ai demandé qui était le chef en cuisine, le serveur m'a informé que le chef était M. Olivier Guiriec. Les mets qu'on nous a servis étaient tout simplement délicieux...cuisson parfaite pour les plats chauds. Les sauces qui en accompagnaient d'autres, tout simplement succulentes.
2. Le serveur qu'on nous avait attitré,à lui aussi fait un travail très professionnel & disponible à nous informer lorsque nous avions des questions.
3. Ce fut une première expérience pour nous trois au restaurant de l'ITHQ & nous le recommanderons avec le plus grand plaisir.
4. Serait - il possible de transmettre notre appréciation au chef & à sa brigade?
Tout était excellent, de la nourriture de grande qualité avec un service exceptionnel & professionnel, servi ni trop vite ni trop lent le tout dans un ambiance luxueux & invitant. Je le recommanderai à tout mes amis. Un grand merci tout spécial à Marie-Mai Gallant qui nous a préparé de superbes plats & qui nous a parlé de vous.

Toujours satisfaite jamais de déception à ce resto . Qualité , ingrédients surprenants , équilibre des goûts tellement bien dosé.Félicitation à toute votre belle équipe . Maître de hôtel & serveurs tellement professionnels .
En cette terrasse si accueillante, nous avons eu droit à un service à la fois professionnel & amical. Du vin jusqu'au magret de canard - sans oublier le pain ! -tout était savoureux.
Une première expérience très appréciée. Les plats étaient goûteux. L'ambiance tranquille & le volume de la musique étaient parfaits. Notre serveur était amical & professionnel.
