The Restaurant de l'ITHQ on rue Saint-Denis is open year round, morning, noon and evening. Through its refined cuisine, prepared with the freshest Québec products, the Restaurant de l'ITHQ is a testament to the quality of the culinary training provided at the leading hotel school that is the ITHQ. Explication expéditive par certains serveurs sur le menu. On nous a mis sur la table un autre choix de dessert sans nous donner explications, un peu cavalier pour une école hôtelière. Pour un menu dégustation ça n'a pas été une expérience comme nous souhaitons vivre pour une soirée spéciale.

Le service a été excellent. L'agneau était très coriace. C'était vraiment désagréable. Malgré le fait que nous ayons choisi le menu dégustation, le chez n'a pas montré d'ouverture pour modifier l'entrée chaude. Le carpaccio de boeuf était vraiment moyen.
Bref c'était en deça de nos attentes. Nous n'y retournerons pas

La soirée dégustation sous le thème de la cuisine italienne a été impeccable. L'accueil, le service, la qualité des mets & l'ambiance quasiment feutrée nous incite à y retourner le plus souvent possible.

Le menu dégustation & le choix des vins m'a ravi. De plus, ke service a été exemplaire. Il ne faut pas rater un passage à l'ITHQ!
