Pascal le Boulanger is a family story that began in Sault-Brénaz, outside of Lyon in France.The acquired knowledge of artisan bakers has been constantly evolving since the establishment of the bakery in Stoneham in 2012.The family tradition is now perpetuated with a third generation following the traditional path of artisan bakers.

Wow. Belle adresse pour baguettes (plusieurs choix), desserts, pâtisseries & surtout les croissants quis sont excellents
Court détour facile après le ski au Sommet Saint Sauveur ou Avila.
Stationnement facile.
File d'attente mais qui va vite.
Personnel courtois & aimable.
Highly recommend 👍👍

Meilleure fugace aux olives jamais mangée🥖 magnifique boutique, personnel agréable. C'est une superbe expérience 👌 Si vous passez par St-Sauveur, je recommande fortement Pascal le Boulanger, pour une viennoiserie sur la route ou un dessert délicieux 🥐🍰

Except a line up & not really suitable for a dine in. At least not during summer. Otherwise, fantastic. The viennoiserie was out of this world (choco suisse & chocolatine) & the desserts were really good. A must try.

Great spot for dessert! I tried the pistachio mille-feuille, the chocolatine amande croissant, & the trompe-l'oeil. The mille-feuille was excellent-flaky, rich, & made with real pistachio. The croissant was very good, though I wouldn't say it's the best in Canada as some claim. The trompe-l'oeil was impressive, both in presentation & taste. The cappuccino was great also
