Everything is very delicious & fresh, but the whole experiencenof choosing & buying it is very stressful & rushed. But that must be expected, given that this is such a popular place.
Je suis allée m'acheter un sandwich mardi le 24 mars. J'ai pris un sandwich Parisien jambon, beurre.
J'ai été vraiment déçu, non pas de la fraîcheur parce que c'était vraiment frais, mais de la quantité de jambon qu'il y avait dans le sandwich. En fait, il n'y avait qu'une petite tranche mince de jambon. À peine si l'on pouvait le goûter.
Une vraie boulangerie à la française comme on les aime ! Pain & croissants frais.
La seule déception était les croissants aux amandes qui sont à la parisienne. Je continue désespérément à chercher des croissants aux amandes à l'alsacienne qui sont frais :-)
The best bakery I've ever been to on this continent!! Make sure to stop in- we did 3 times, in 5 days! Very busy on the weekends, so go through twice if you need!
Pascal le Boulanger est un vrai incontournable dans les Laurentides! On fait un détour chaque semaine pour leur pain. La fougasse aux olives est à tomber par terre, & les croissants & scones aux framboises font partie de nos favoris. Leurs soupes & sandwichs sont aussi délicieux. Avec une grande équipe toujours prête à servir rapidement, même lors des moments achalandés, c'est un plaisir d'y aller chaque semaine!

Incredible place, super fresh products.
We tried Pistachio Mille-Feuille, olive baguette, swiss roll, choc hazelnut croissant & pecan brownie. Everything was 10/10, you can literally feel the freshness in every single bite.
I am going to be a regular visitor for sure. We realized later that we didn't capture any pics, as we were too lost in the finishing the super tasty products 🤣
LA BOULANGERIE où aller. L'artisanat retrouvé! Que de choix de pâtisseries, boulangeries, viennoiseries...Parmi les nombreuses options, je recommande...La baguette St-Sauveur, le croissant aux framboises, le tiramitsu ..À l'occasion, je me déplace de Laval pour avoir le plaisir de déguster leurs produits! BRAVO!!!
