About

Pascal Le Boulanger specializes in the traditional craft of French artisan baking, focusing on a diverse selection of crusty sourdough breads and buttery laminated pastries. The displays feature rows of golden croissants, fruit-filled danishes, and intricately decorated éclairs that highlight precision in pastry construction. Skilled bakers utilize long fermentation techniques to develop complex flavor profiles in every loaf produced daily on the premises. The interior space functions as a functional retail environment where the aromatic profile of toasted grains and caramelized sugar dominates the atmosphere. Patrons select from an assortment of seasonal tarts and sweet confections designed for consistent texture and refined presentation. This establishment maintains a strict commitment to using high-quality ingredients, ensuring that each baked good adheres to fundamental European techniques and structural standards for professional dough preparation.

Great bakery in St-Sauveur with a great selection of pastries, cakes, pizzas & sandwiches.

The croissants are so buttery & wonderful, we might have to drive down & get more regularly.

The pizza is delicious. We got the pépé, with, you guessed it, peperoni. Was delicious, even the day after.

Tex mex sandwich was very flavorful, with cheese bread that made my mouth water.

Can't wait to go back & try something else.
