Review Summary

Pascal Le Boulanger in Saint Sauveur is repeatedly described as a standout French bakery and patisserie, offering an extraordinary range of artisanal breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, tarts, quiches, sandwiches and even prepared meals to go, with the aromas and displays casting a spell on visitors. The quality is praised across the board, from crusty baguettes and rustic loaves to flaky almond croissants and the chocolatey croissants, with some reviewers calling the croissants among the best in the region or in Canada, and the pistachio mille feuille and other pastries earning high praise. The service is often lauded as friendly, efficient and professional, though several notes mention crowding and a small space that can make ordering and seating feel hectic during busy times, along with limited parking. Prices are described as a bit high by some, yet many consider them fair given the top notch ingredients and craftsmanship. Overall, Pascal Le Boulanger is a must visit for those seeking authentic French bakery and pastry excellence, a sensory feast, and a place that consistently satisfies both bread lovers and pastry enthusiasts.

Great bakery in St-Sauveur with a great selection of pastries, cakes, pizzas & sandwiches.

The croissants are so buttery & wonderful, we might have to drive down & get more regularly.

The pizza is delicious. We got the pépé, with, you guessed it, peperoni. Was delicious, even the day after.

Tex mex sandwich was very flavorful, with cheese bread that made my mouth water.

Can't wait to go back & try something else.

Some say this is the best croissant in Canada. This is a must visit bakery in the Laurentian mountains. They have outdoor seating in the summer.

That is indeed excellent! Although the items may be somewhat expensive, it is regrettable that the cashier's fingernails were not as clean as one might have hoped, particularly given her position in a bakery. One would hope she is not also a part-time mechanic.
