This place has the best gluten free pastries & croissants I have ever had. My husband has celiac & he said it was the best bakery he has ever had. I would've never guessed it was gluten free. The staff is very nice & very knowledgeable about the products they serve. Highly recommend!
The best gluten free pastries i've had in years hands down. Parc Sans Gluten was a place i visited everyday on my recent trip to Montreal because the food is so incredibly delicious (trust me, I tried the fruit tarts, danish, croissants, baguette & even empanada). It's crazy to believe that it's all gluten free! I highly recommend you visit this little gem where you will be greeted with such friendly customer service!

Such an incredible gluten free bakery!!! Their pastries (both sweet & savory) are incredible. Staff are also very sweet. Highly recommend for anyone - celiac or not!
My wife & I stopped in & got a croissant, a pecan tarte, & an apple tarte. All were amazing, fluffy, & delicious. Highly recommend for people with gluten allergies, & anyone who loves pastries!
Delicious gluten free baked goods. I buy for myself & when I have guests over. My favs are their regular chocolatine, the almond chocolatine, the almond croissant, & all the empanadas! I typically order delivery but I interacted once with a lady once over the phone & she was super kind. Highly recommended!
This bakery was rescued by the amazing new owner who took over several months ago. It has been my go-to gluten-free bakery in Montreal ever since. Whether you haven't been or had last been there before the new ownership, I highly recommend you give it a chance.
They have been offering new baked goods & special desserts, on top of their yummy classics. My favorite being the chocolatine aux amandes. My husband has celiac disease & this was our first stop in Montréal. We're so happy that we found this spot. Amazing customer service - the lady who helped us was very kind. We purchased treats each day that we were there. Before our flight home, we purchased a pack of 6 croissants to take home in our carry-on. The lady who helped us even printed instructions on how to reheat them again ... a sweet gesture. I highly recommend! 🎉

The best gluten-free croissants! Super flaky & buttery. My partner has Celic's & we came to Parc sans Gluten every morning for breakfast while we were in Montréal. As someone who can have gluten, I thought their croissants, danishes, & empanadas were just as good as non-gluten free ones. Highly recommend!
I was so excited to discover this bakery on our trip to Montreal. I haven't had a good pastry since going gluten free. We tried the chicken & spinach empanadas, chocolate & plain croissants, & the multi grain bread. They were amazing! I was the only gluten free person in our group & everyone enjoyed the treats. We wouldn't have known they were gluten free.
