Pac sans Gluten is one of my favourite gf bakeries. The croissants & pastries are flaky & delicious. I stopped in a number of times to stock up during my last stay in Mtl or just sit on the patio with a treat & cup of coffee or sit at the park across the street. The staff are so nice & friendly.

I'm impressed by the excellent quality of their pastries! Making a good gluten-free croissant is no easy task. & it's not just that, they are consistently excellent, which is very hard to do with gluten-free, because the quality of the ingredients tends to vary over time.

I've visited France & had gluten-free croissants in various boulangeries in Paris, Lyon & the Alps, & I can say without a doubt that this place does it better.

I stopped by here for the first time yesterday & was BLOWN AWAY! I chose the vegetable empanada (which is absolutely massive by the way) & it was hands down the best gluten free item I've ever had. It was so flakey & fresh & the filling was to die for. I wish I lived closer! I also picked up a loaf of freshly baked multigrain gluten free bread & it is super dense, super tasty & way better than any store bought breads. I'd suggest toasting it! I'm obsessed & will be a returning customer!
