This place has the best gluten free pastries & croissants I have ever had. My husband has celiac & he said it was the best bakery he has ever had. I would've never guessed it was gluten free. The staff is very nice & very knowledgeable about the products they serve. Highly recommend!
The best gluten free pastries i've had in years hands down. Parc Sans Gluten was a place i visited everyday on my recent trip to Montreal because the food is so incredibly delicious (trust me, I tried the fruit tarts, danish, croissants, baguette & even empanada). It's crazy to believe that it's all gluten free! I highly recommend you visit this little gem where you will be greeted with such friendly customer service!

100% sans gluten & sans lactose. Vraiment délicieux!! J'ai pris des croissants, empanada au boeuf & patates, & le tiramisu une dinguerie! Super frais & les serveuses super gentilles. Beaucoup de choix en tarte aussi (bleuets, pecan, noix, amandes, pommes, peche, framboise, citron…)

My wife & I stopped in & got a croissant, a pecan tarte, & an apple tarte. All were amazing, fluffy, & delicious. Highly recommend for people with gluten allergies, & anyone who loves pastries!
Visited this bakery a few times on my latest trip to Montreal & it did not disappoint. The baked goods are truly delicious & the owner is so nice- it is obvious that she really loves her business & her customers. I would recommend this bakery to anyone, whether you're gluten free or not! The chocolatine especially was one of the best I've had, including amongst gluten versions.
Delicious gluten free baked goods. I buy for myself & when I have guests over. My favs are their regular chocolatine, the almond chocolatine, the almond croissant, & all the empanadas! I typically order delivery but I interacted once with a lady once over the phone & she was super kind. Highly recommended!

Aujourd'hui j'ai fait un détour pour aller à la meilleure pâtisserie sans gluten au Québec. J'ai rencontrée la propriétaire, une talentueuse artiste du sans gluten, je vous recommande d'aller essayer cette endroit paradisiaque. Tout notre palais est comblé, le feuilleté du croissant, le goût des vrais viennoiseries avec gluten, je vous le dit, vous n'allez pas y croire que c'est sans gluten. Je ne connais pas sa recette mais c'est la meilleure que j'ai goûtée. Nous ressentons la passion & le grand coeur de cette femme passionnée & qui performe dans ce domaine très complexe & délicat du sans gluten. Cela vaut le détou
This bakery was rescued by the amazing new owner who took over several months ago. It has been my go-to gluten-free bakery in Montreal ever since. Whether you haven't been or had last been there before the new ownership, I highly recommend you give it a chance.
They have been offering new baked goods & special desserts, on top of their yummy classics. My favorite being the chocolatine aux amandes. Celiacs, rejoice 🙌 so happy to see this bakery thriving again thanks to the wonderful new admins, who are so warm & welcoming. The kind of local business that deserves all our support.
Just took my first bite of the chocolate croissant & I can't believe this is gluten free because the texture & flavor is so amazing! The staff was also super friendly here. I definitely recommend if you visit Montreal, you will not be disappointed!

I am SUPER impressed. Had 2 empanadas, 2 tarts, a danoise, & a cappuccino. Everything was DELICIOUS & exceeded expectations, especially for being gluten free. Nice terrace with view of La Fontaine park. Excellent portions & very reasonably priced. Lunch for two = $45. 100% recommend & I will definitely be back!
Super place ! Avec ma femme on y est presque chaque week-end! Les viennoiseries 100% sans gluten sont excellentes & généreuses. Le personnel est tres gentil & accueillant. Je recommande!

My husband has celiac disease & this was our first stop in Montréal. We're so happy that we found this spot. Amazing customer service - the lady who helped us was very kind. We purchased treats each day that we were there. Before our flight home, we purchased a pack of 6 croissants to take home in our carry-on. The lady who helped us even printed instructions on how to reheat them again ... a sweet gesture. I highly recommend! 🎉
