The owners are so friendly, especially to our little kids. & the baked goods were delicious - they turned my Celiac daughter into a croissant lover. We went every day on our trip.

Delicious gluten free baked goods. I buy for myself & when I have guests over. My favs are their regular chocolatine, the almond chocolatine, the almond croissant, & all the empanadas! I typically order delivery but I interacted once with a lady once over the phone & she was super kind. Highly recommended!

The lemon meringue tart is the best lemon tart I've ever had in my entire life we got a Matcha cream puff & it was super Duper trooper amazing & it was so good & I wanted to come back & buy 12 of them & it was so amazing. I loved it so much & I need to come back.

J'ai rencontrée la propriétaire, une talentueuse artiste du sans gluten, je vous recommande d'aller essayer cette endroit paradisiaque. Tout notre palais est comblé, le feuilleté du croissant, le goût des vrais viennoiseries avec gluten, je vous le dit, vous n'allez pas y croire que c'est sans gluten. Je ne connais pas sa recette mais c'est la meilleure que j'ai goûtée. Parc Sans Gluten was an incredible find! The empanadas are very tasty - large, buttery & filling. On another visit, we had coffee & a wonderful croissant. For those of us who try to bake GF at home, we are aware of the effort it takes to make good GF pastries & crust. Parc Sans Gluten has mastered it & can make great empanadas & pastries every time! I wish we had a cafe like this back in Vermont!

This bakery was rescued by the amazing new owner who took over several months ago. It has been my go-to gluten-free bakery in Montreal ever since. Whether you haven't been or had last been there before the new ownership, I highly recommend you give it a chance.
They have been offering new baked goods & special desserts, on top of their yummy classics. My favorite being the chocolatine aux amandes. Celiacs, rejoice 🙌 so happy to see this bakery thriving again thanks to the wonderful new admins, who are so warm & welcoming. The kind of local business that deserves all our support.

Just took my first bite of the chocolate croissant & I can't believe this is gluten free because the texture & flavor is so amazing! The staff was also super friendly here. I definitely recommend if you visit Montreal, you will not be disappointed!
