The Overflow restaurant opened in 2012. Offering a varied and personalized menu for all these years, this restaurant offers a unique experience in Sherbrooke. For tartare enthusiasts, this is a place to discover if you haven't already. Maxime Yargeau is genuinely passionate about his work.

As a young entrepreneur, he puts a lot of time and effort into his project. "My goal is to continue to innovate in order to make Overflow a must in Sherbrooke." He is the young and ambitious leader of the Overflow Restaurant team and emphasizes three things when people talk to him about the restaurant: good food, good service and a good atmosphere. Her positive energy is contagious.

Bien dans l'ensemble, personnel sympathique & souriant, mais quelques petits bemols :
Nous avons eu assez froid dans la salle, disons que cela n'encourage pas le choix d'un plat froid de tartare ou poke bowl malheureusement.
Nous avons pris un cocktail pour commencer mais nous avons tous un peu chercher l'alcool dans nos verres, disons que le goût des glaçons était bcp trop présent...
La sauce au frmage bleu qui accompagnait ma viande ne contenait visiblement que trop peu de fromage puisque personne autour de la table n'a pu dire à quoi elle était.
La carte des desserts n'est pas très alléchante ni variée, personne ne s'est laissé tenté, dommage.
Disons que globalement c'était assez bien mais nous n'avons pas l'intention d'y retourner car pour le prix payé nous sommes déçus.

Le repas était délicieurx & le service aussi.
La Sangria un peu trop légère, elle pourrait être un peu plus corsée...
