Souper tartare parfait avec une amie de longue date. Nous étions des habitués de 2022 & de la sangria bleu. Malheureusement celle ci n'était plus sur le menu, mais une dame est venue nous voir & nous a offert de la refaire car elle se souvenait de la recette. Finalement nous avons pu redéguster notre sangria bleu d'antan!! Service +++ que nous avons fortement apprécié. Merci aussi au serveur, super sociable 😁 A bientôt assurément! Je recommande x 1000.

Toutes les fois où nous sommes allés souper tout était parfait
Samedi nous avons fait découvrir votre restaurant à un couple d'amis & pour la première fois, nous avons été déçus...
Nous prenons toujours la même assiette qui est succulente habituellement, mais samedi notre assiette de filet mignon n'était pas du tout comme d'habitude
Frites pas très bonnes & pas les mêmes qu'habituellement
Sauce au bleue tiède avec une croûte sur le dessus
Salade presque pas de vinaigrette
Présentation de l'assiette vraiment ordinaire, pas comme d'habitude
Les serveurs avaient lair stressé en nous disant qu'il y avait un gros groupe de l'autre coté
La cuisson de la viande était parfaite
Desserts succulents
Christophe & le propriétaire très sympathique

Bien dans l'ensemble, personnel sympathique & souriant, mais quelques petits bemols :
Nous avons eu assez froid dans la salle, disons que cela n'encourage pas le choix d'un plat froid de tartare ou poke bowl malheureusement.
Nous avons pris un cocktail pour commencer mais nous avons tous un peu chercher l'alcool dans nos verres, disons que le goût des glaçons était bcp trop présent...
La sauce au frmage bleu qui accompagnait ma viande ne contenait visiblement que trop peu de fromage puisque personne autour de la table n'a pu dire à quoi elle était.
La carte des desserts n'est pas très alléchante ni variée, personne ne s'est laissé tenté, dommage.
Disons que globalement c'était assez bien mais nous n'avons pas l'intention d'y retourner car pour le prix payé nous sommes déçus.

Très bon service, très bonne bouffe. Un seul petit hic; la sauce au bleu aurait besoin d'un peu plus de bleu!

La bavette était très tendre. La sauce au bleu aurait mérité de goûter plus le bleu. Le tartare classique au boeuf était très bon.
