If people are waiting in line, food will most probably be worth it. *Went again mid August 2025* & it was totally worth it , solid 5 in terms of taste I took the number 2. Please be ready to wait as : 1) waiting line. 2) small place. 3) they are busy. Very busy. Immensely satisfied. I had my chili oil on the side. Strongly recommend the hand pulled noodles. ( This is not a fancy sit down with lots of cushioned chairs & large tables, this is a small intimate place which delivers warm & comfort food for the soul)
Nous avons récemment déjeuné dans ce restaurant de nouilles & avons été agréablement surpris par la générosité des portions. Le repas était délicieux, & nous avons particulièrement apprécié le combo 1 du menu, que nous recommandons vivement. Une expérience culinaire que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir !

4.5/5 Excellentes nouilles maison, dont on peut choisir l'épaisseur, qui ont l'air authentiques. J'ai adoré la viande & le bouillon également. Point négatif, la soupe spéciale ne comporte que des nouilles, de la viande & des herbes. À cause du succès du restaurant, nous avons attendu 40 minutes dans la file d'attente mais cela dépend des jours ! Je recommande !
Hand pulled noodles & great broth & other treatments. We had the special noodle soup & the dan dan noodles & both were excellent. Spice level was good as most places make their soup too mild even when asking for spicy. Definitely a must go when hitting Montreal's Chinatown.
Visit: June 2024 Long lineup, but worth the wait. Very good value for the price. The large was HUGE & I didnt expect it to be that big. The spice wasn't overpowering. The noodles, you can tell were definitely handmade, as there was a small variety in the consistency of the size of the noodles (no noodles were undercooked or anything from this, its also not a bad thing persay). I just wish there was maybe a bit more vegetables in it. I went form extremely hungry, to really stuffed by the end of it! The beef was thin, tender, & very beefy.

still the same great taste many years later! perfectly cooked chewy handmade noodles & delicious broth. the restaurant expanded since i last went so there was no line up & much more seating. still had a bit of a line when we were leaving but definitely moved quick. cucumber salad & edamame were very flavourful & awesome for spice lovers. still no AC in this place so it gets quite warm & humid in the summer but the place was still packed nonetheless which says a lot about the food for sure.
À part le service qui était rapide le reste était pas satisfaisant: pas d'air climatisé, on suffoquait à l'intérieur & la soupe goûtait comme des nouilles instantanées. Les nouilles faites maison ne se sentent pas dans la bouche non plus, ce n'est pas du tout tendre, c'est rigide & ne font pas du tout dans la bouche. Ordinaire. Ça ne vaut pas le prix & je ne recommande pas.
If you're ever near or in Chinatown, this is a MUST VISIT spot! The food is delicious & the staff is accommodating & friendly. It is a small restaurant so seating is limited, & because it's popular, there's almost always a line! When there's a line, you know it has good food🥳. Even though it is small, it creates a cozy experience. There is also a cute asian supermarket downstairs with a lot of cool finds!

Finally made it inside the restaurant! After many failed attempts, due to long cues outside, we went on a Wednesday afternoon & got in right away. Noodles are great & the beef Noodle soup was excellent! Would like to come back but likely not during typical meal times.
